Although I had read about Limone as one of the most beautiful towns on Lake Garda, I was very disappointed once I visited. Village is overcrowded with tourist and loaded with tacky tourist shops lining the walkways from the ferry. Sorry I went and would discourage anyone from visiting. We left as soon as we could to return to charming... More

We took a boat from Malcesine to Limone, and all went well. Inside the boat was warm and from the front seats we were able to enjoy views, in returntrip we were in outside deck and this was nice too. The travel time was ok and service nice too!

A fast and efficient ferry that mostly does what it says. Occasionally they might miss a crossing (to our puzzlement) but eventually we were picked up and we were the better for some extra time in Limone

An excellent way to whizz up and down the lake to see other points of interest. Offers a good service, even in late October the time of our visit, and cleanly surroundings

You can take a tour of the North lake where the ferry leaves Malcesine and stops at Limone, Torbole and Riva. Ferries are clean and very punctual. Not much more you can say really.

When we arrived on 19/10/16 that week they had reduced the crossings to various parts of Lake Garda which had some what spoilt out plans to adventure around the lake . We wanted to visit Sirmilone but the service there had now ceased due to seasonal demands , which at weekends I find hard to believe. We went to limone... More

A most enjoyable experience----and interesting to see the various different views from the lake itself. Go upstairs and outside if the wind/weather allow. Return fare of 9 Euros was fair I thought.

We used the ferry service from Malcesine on a number of occasions whilst holidaying there at the end of September and found it reliable and easily accessible, There is a timetable that once you get used to how to use it ,it is simple to follow. Prices started at 9 Euros for a return trip to Limone which is the... More

Try and get on top seats to maximize on views of fabulous Lake Garda. We had a lovely walk around Limone but missed the market which seemed to pack up at 4pm.

Good comfortable ride across the water. On the larger quicker ferries you can take bicycles . You can sit indoors or out .
