Very nice Marina with lots of amenities to eat, wash, entertain. Many families around but still very quiet . It is located near the center of Loano so no need for a car to go to restaurants or supermarket. The beach is very close with many private areas. A great place to moor your boat or rent one.

Moved our yacht from Imperia, saved money, cleaner, parking next to boat. Restaurants and chandleries right in Marina. Short walk to nice little Beach town of Loano.

We visited Marina di Loano for two nights. This is a very impressive new marina. The marineros were really helpful when we arrived, spoke good English and dealt with ropes and power very efficiently making sure we were sorted on the berth. Yacht club and cocktail bar are probably the best I have visited. The town itself is typical italian resort, lots of bars & restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. We will definitely visit again

This is a very spaciouse and modern area which will be a great area sometime in the future but as yet it is too new. Many of the stores are not taken yet leaving a deserted and eerie feel.

This is a beautiful port. You can enjoy some walkings or just sitting down to watch to the various boats. Very clean and nice!

We had our boat Maggie here for a couple of days and we wish we could have been here longer. This marina is first class by any standard including amazing people in the office as well as Marineros that help you dock. Great non-touristy town as well.

as a sailor, have an eye for installations of a Marina. The Maria area is divided in 2 sections - separated by a construction, that obviously shall give the impression of a big Yacht. Nice idea, but that creates a kind of afterward-basin behind, that is caught between the waals of the Marina buildings and the mole... I would really avoid to moore my boat there, except, I only want to "park" it. The better pontoons are on the northern side of that building, with view to the nice town of Loano.
However - I think the ways to the wahsrooms and toilets are too far... who wants to walk some hundred meters for using the toilet (especially in the night...).
The shopping area is alive with some bars and restaurants, but obviously not all shops are rented.
The Marina gives a luxury impression, but is not working 100% yet, seems to me.
As far as I investigated, the mooring-fees are extremely high, that may be a reason for the low frewuence (apart from August likely, we were there in September, 30% of the places were empty.)

We have been boating for a couple of years but have just started being a bit more adventurous with our new 46ft Windy. Stopped at Loano Port and have ended up here for 2 nights. Lots of berths for visitors so if you’re this way and other ports busy would imagine you’d always find a spot here. Helpful staff aided us with our berthing on arrival - informative in advance on vhf for fender planning against finger pier. Easy electric hookups, we have shower but looked like plenty of washing facilities ashore. Laundrette and cheap delivery of bottled water to your boat. Small ship chandler. Loano easy flat walk from harbour - a nice seaside town with plenty of shops and restaurants.

we walked through the marina most days and it is a fascinating look at the lives of the rich yacht owners at one end, compared with the small market fishermen at the other
