Acquagranda is a big structure of 20.000 square meter divided in 4 areas, Slide&Fun is the fun for the whole family with water slides, Wellness&Relax is the SPA reserved for adults with Aufguss event, Fitness&Pool is the gym and the 25 meters pool for the swimm training, and the last is Health&Beauty the area for the care of your body with massages, traitments, salt room and aerosol.

Definitely worth spending the day or half day. So meny different rooms and treatments to explore. We sat out side in the hot tub and they brought us champagne. The also have spa food.

Truly excellent place fo kids. Three hours of enjoyment and fun, pool, slides, ... but also quiet part for adults to enjoy.

A lot of Jacuzzi in the pool, thus no traffic to sit in them. Very comfortable for toddlers - no risks and worries.
A separate compliment to the restaurant inside: best octopus, cuttlefish, sea bass, tuna, muscles, giant shrimps. Eat here 4 times during one week.

POOL RESTAURANT and ... Ingry or Indy - the waiter.
The worst experience in life. We never met such a disrespectful person. We waited at the table to place a 40-minute order (twice we had a table - our waiter saw us) Andy served the other three tables and once in 20 minutes he asked how many people he would be (so he saw us). After 40 minutes, we had enough! We went up to the manager, he offered us a free dinner, but next to it there was a smiling Indy, so we were scared that he was going to mess with us. We have never experienced such humiliation in the world. We ate at Livigno every day and sometimes we know that the service in Itay is not everywhere for 5 stars but what was there exceeded all.
We had to stop our stay at Aquagranda and go to the city to eat something.
The kids obviously cried because they had to get out of the pools.
So Indy, our whole family of 4 thank you for this day you ruined it.
Aquagranda is very hi quality place, clean, offering a lot and see that every detail is refined, but our day there was destroyed by one person.

Really enjoyable facilities split into three main areas-play pool and slides for younger children-main pool and gym for fitness and also a wellness area. You can pay to use al of them if you wish although you don't really have the time for all in one day. Each are very good in their own rights-Only thing is that it is quite expensive and added together very expensive otherwise I would rate the facility as excellent. Very clean and efficiently run. Beautiful wellness area. Good idea to have wrist bands to purchase food and drinks in pool area. Pay on leaving for what you have had.

We have come here for the past 3-4 years with our 3 young boys and they’ve had a great time. We have used the ski and swim offer which is still advertised on the website whereby if you have ski passes for 6 days you get a free hour swim and slide. This year upon attendance we were told that they no longer did that and refused to honor the fact we had attended in response to the offer on the website... poor show... and for a family of 5 it’s €80 which is hugely expensive for an hour swim which is all we wanted.... Feel completely ripped off...

we are really sorry for this situation but there is no promo about it on our website. There was this promo in 2016-2017-2018 but not re-confirmed this year.
80 Euros is the cost for a family composed by 2 adults and 3 children and the ticket is valid all day long, not only 1 hour.
We hope to see you again in Livigno and in Aquagranda to have fun with you family!

There were not any information at the entrance. Once we were inside go at the fun area just for 5 minutes at the exit the very unpolite lady charge us 40 eur. The promo option was to use fun area for free when you have a ski pass for 6 days. IT WAS NOT TRUE. Highly recommend to use a hotel facilities.

We’d like to better understand and deepen some topics of your review:
If you’re referring to Promo Skipass, it allows you to spend 1 hour free into Slide&Fun Area, by showing the Livigno skipass valid at least 6 days and valid just for 1 time. 1 hour free includes all time spent in Aquagranda (from first entrance in reception, Changing Room, Shower, Bar...) In case of 1 hour free exceeding, a payment of a charge will be applied: 15 € for an Adult, 10€ for junior
These info are also displayed at reception desk at the entrance.
In order to control the flow of users/customers inside Aquagranda we adopted advanced access control system: the bracelet you got at the entrance allows you to enter the permitted area and it automatically records your entrance at every turnstile and, of course, it counts time spent inside the whole structure.

At the entrance the price of 20€ with no reductions available can be a big no-go for some people, however if you decide to treat yourself this bit, you'll find out the center is worth every cent.
The changing rooms are huge and so are the showers. Scented mineral shower gel and shampoo for free is to be found in all the bathrooms.
The wellness center is bigger than the descriptions may tell. Two pools are large and nicely warm, multiple saunas can take up to 20 people, Kneipp therapy and Scented showers are a nice distraction, there are all the ways of cooling down offered - even an actual ice maker - and the resting area is huge. Staff is very helpful and speaks nice English.
Huge plus - kids aren't allowed in the whole area. (In my opinion, for relaxing zones like these, legal age should be a universal law. There's a huge water playground right next doors for better prices). We were very lucky there were not many people when we came (Tuesday, holiday, 2 pm), but I am sure this place is built for larger crowd and still growing. Another plus is the glass roof where you can see the mountains from the warm pool.
If there was a fault to find, I guess the bar was unnecessarily expensive, concerning the entrance fee. That was certainly why it wasn't used much by the customers.
Generally, it was an awesome experience and I really want to visit again!

Top tide@ss tip :) right away, go to relax zone after 20:00, its 50% of the price and there is less people. Saunas are nice, pools are nice, relax zone is nice. What this place is missing is some really hot tube/ jacuzzi. anyway, its worth to visit

Outstanding!! Great, clean, professional.
The place is really fun for adults and children, my only issue is that the towels should be able to be dried while in the premises. Spoils it having one wet towel to swim, sauna and then shower! The outset spa baths are just spectacular!

ciao,
ho visitato l'aquagranda qualche giorno fa, ho pagato per l'area fun che comprende alcune piscine per i ragazzi ed anche una sauna ed un bagno turco, per accedere poi all'area wellnes bisogna pagare una differenza se non erro di 19€ a persona...uin ogni caso molto ben organizzata, magari , se possibile, evitare le ore serali, ovvero del "dopo sci"...
