Organisation is not acceptable

We planned a trip to seashell Island.
It was canceled during bad weather conditions at the morning of the trip and re scheduled for the afternoon. Even when the weather forecast showed that it was supposed to get worse, they convinced us to come to Lignano at the afternoon.
We were not staying there so after a half hour drive we arrived there and they informed us at the Beach that it is canceled again because of the weather. I understand that the company has no influence on the weather but they should have informed us in advance. The wind and the conditions were not so bad after all even all the small pedal boats were outside, that was ridiculous.
There were a lot of unsatisfied customers at the Beach office during that day...
