Had a half day cooking class, from pasta making to focaccia and stuffed aubergines. Very knowledgeable team, well prepared with ingredients and nice wine, always smiley and positive, very helpful, and prepared a great dinner for us. Happily recommended, and would love to do it again.

Angela organised a cooking class for a group of 17 friends in Puglia, in Muro Leccese. The session was superbly organised and prepared. She and her team were full of joy and energy, which was very infectious for the whole group. The dishes we made were all incredible, including filled aubergine, fresh pasta, fresh focaccia. She also helped us find a volunteering activity for our group, something we could do together to give back to the local community. She gave us some options, and helped organise the activity. We would definitely work with her again on future trips in italy!

We had such a delightful evening of pasta making followed by a sensational dinner. Andrea and Angela were so very lovely and accommodating! I don’t think the private chef experience is something they offer as part of their core services, however it was a first class experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone!! They came to our villa and were able to teach some small children some pasta making, which was a huge hit, and then we had a truly exceptional meal with local delights, local wine and seafood fresh from the port. Andrea and Angela were wonderful hosts, and made our evening very special! When we are next in Puglia we will definitely be in touch again.

We enjoyed our time with Andrea and Angela and have written a poem for them spelling PATH down the side: Passionate about what they do describes Path's owners and those they send us to; A total experience that allows one to see the life of Italians from a personal view. The places, the people, the tastes all contribute to the memories that here we make. However far away in time and place, a newfound love of Italy and its people in our hearts we take.
