Street Food Tour of Lecce & City Sightseeing with Local Guide

54 reviews
In addition to its ornate baroque palaces and churches, Lecce is home to a unique culinary culture. With this tour, explore both the city’s architecture and its cuisine while strolling through the old town with your guide. Take in the Duomo, Basilica of Santa Croce, and other highlights and sample local delicacies like the savory “rustico” and “frisella” baked treats, followed by a “pasticciotto” filled with sweet custard for dessert.

Me and my Fiancee absolutely loved this Museum. The artistry of the two brothers is clear as too is the passion that they have for their art. Intriguing, beautiful, informative and thought provoking are all just a handful of words that I would use to describe this museum. Worth £10 of anyones money. Thank you boys.

The best thing I did in Lecce To be honest I found lecce lacked culture and story. This place was obviously not historic but the story of the owners could really be felt, their journey, their vulnerabilities and using the art to shape their identity. Just beautiful and an honour to have a chat with them. I am a twin too and never got to have an identity I felt like such an alien growing up anyway obviously this museum about their art touched my heart

We met the famous brothers at the entrance. Interesting to see how they developed themselves since their childhood. Especially the recent art they made impressed us a lot! Do not miss it!

Cool place but maybe in danger of closing without more visitors. 2 twin brothers run this place ( only €5 each) which displays their work in movies such as Freddie Kruger etc. The brithers will show you ariund hands on, it is small but fun. Visit and help keep it open!

This was a great visit for an 11-year old (and his mom) interested in films. The museum is small but personal and charming, at our visit the twin special effect makers were there and told us stories about the productions. Small children might find some of the exhibits a bit scary.
