Beautiful piazza and meeting place, sadly the cathedral was covered as they are doing repairs - but it's still very beautiful.

We were there in spring 2017, we saw old men and women gather to chat. The piazza is surrounded by the duomo and cafe, city hall. It is a very special place to watch and relax 👍😊

Fine for a short visit - with a few ok shops to visit as the main attractions. Take an apero and watch life go by - and enjoy the laid back atmosphere

Surrounded by the duomo, the official buildings and centered by a statue that documents the history of malaria through the vision of an ill little boy and a man stepping on a snake, this piazza is the heart of Grosseto.

Nice small restaurants. As I heard the famous town to learn how to produce biological ice cream!!! Nature reserve nearby, close to the sea.

Great church. I rate it above that of other major Tuscan towns. Great area and under rated. Food and museums are a good surprise
