Have used Francesco Tours twice in the last 2 weeks and he will be my go to in Italy from now on. The service from Francesco is quick, simple and professional and he is a total pleasure to deal with. His prices are also very reasonable and represent excellent value for money for the premium vehicles he uses for his trips and transfers.

Booked Francesco Tour for our La Spezia stop on the cruise ship. As soon as I inquired of price Francesco replied right away and answered every question I had. We communicated through Facebook messanger and WhatApp. As soon as I confirmed and booked our trip with stops at Pisa and Florence he assigned a driver to me and provided whatApp phone number to communicate directly with driver Paolo. He told me that Paolo is away for a few days and will be back on Monday and I can contact him directly. I didn't even think of contacting him until closer to the trip day but Paolo reached to me and introduced himself, which was very nice of him. We communicated a day or so before our stop to make sure no changes and the morning of our excursion I even got a message from Paolo to bring umbrellas as it was rain in the forecast, so very considered of him. He was there with sign with our names when we got off the shuttle and drove us to Pisa first, gave us about 50 minutes which was plenty of time, all we want to do is take pictures that we have been there. Then he drove us to Florence, with first stop on top of the hill overlooking the city and then to center city where he dropped us off, provided a map with outlined route and gave us 4 hours to explorer on our own. We were done about 20 minutes earlier and it just started to rain so I texted him that we are ready to be picked up at our meeting place and he appeared right away. He drove us back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. He had water in the van for us as well. The only thing I wish I knew is that the van he used is like Limo style with back facing sit, I am not sure if all the van Francesco Tours are using like that or not so if you prompt to motion sickness keep it in mind. It was 8 of us and we had plenty of space in the van.

Professional service, on-time, very clean and Francesco is extremely nice ! Called at the last-minute and he was very accommodating. Highly recommended for any type of trip.

Truth be told, I was a little nervous because we did not know who our actual driver would be and it ended up NOT being Francesco; however, Paolo was awesome and we had a great day.
He was on time, spoke great English and was very knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of time to see the important site, took us to a good restaurant for pizza, recommended great gelato and coffee to round out a perfect day. Would highly recommend.

Francesco Ruo was awesome from the moment I first reached out to him. He is quick to respond. We were a group of 16. I send him several messages to confirm our reservation and he made be feel at ease he had all covered. In deed he did. Our drivers Paolo and Teresa were awesome. They were ready and waiting when we got off the ship promptly with two vans. They took us to Pisa and Florence. The sites and locations were amazing. Book with Francesco and he'll take the best care of you. we can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Francesco, Paolo and Teresa for a very memorable day! Many thanks from all 16 of us.

We had one of the best day in Tuscany with Francesco tour! Very easy to communicate, promptly responses, attentive to requests. We were recommended to ask for Paolo and Francesco made it for us. He was so nice to contact us the day before tour to make sure we have all information and know ehrrrvyi meet Paolo. Paolo met us on time , very friendly knowledgeable, had maps for our convenience , recommended where and how to get to places we wanted to visit. We were in Florence San Gimignano and then Paolo brought us to beautiful family operated winery for lunch with a lot of stops to make some pictures of Tuscany. No need to say we were on time by the ship. Very highly recommended!

Great service and prompt pickups! Definitely contact them for a quote - their prices were very competitive and the Mercedes’ van was so comfy and had nice leather seats and smelled good. We are very happy and highly recommend this company!

Francesco was our driver for 10 days .. we were on a golf/ cultural trip in northern Italy. An excellent driver and very patient with 8 women and all our luggage and golf bags

I was the weddingplanner for a wedding 25th Sept '21. We had guests in different B&Bs and Francesco provided services for pick-up guest and also services for bringing them back to their B&Bs from 0.00 - 3.00. During the planning months ahead, the finalization on the day and during the actual service - Francesco was very professional and informed me how the planning of the guests arriving was going. He send me messages when he arrived and drove from different B&Bs so I could keep perfect planning with the Ceremonie at La Pescaia. Very pleasant, professional and reliable! After 3.00 he contacted me if it was okay to leave or if he wanted me to come back to pick-up any late guests wanting to leave for their Hotel. I would recommend this company to anyone! A big thank you Francesco - from me, the wedding couple and all the guests that you drove. You are the Man!
