Having read previous reviews we were aware this was a compact garden however it was larger than I imagined with so many interwoven paths giving differing views. We spent a couple of hours wandering around the lovely displays with quirky artwork hidden amongst them. Even though there were several people it didn't feel overcrowded and with so many varied areas... More

We visited on a rather wet day, but the garden was delightful, even in the rain. There was a marvelous display of trees, shrubs and flowers, all well labeled, laid out in an interesting and quirky way. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and would thoroughly recommend. My only improvement would be that we could have used our €10 entry tickets... More

A beautiful garden full of huge variety of plants and trees. I visited twice within 3 weeks and many beds refreshed. Many interesting twisting, turning paths

We visited these botanical gardens with expectation, so we were not put off by the entrance fee. The gardens were pleasant enough, with some unusual and surprising water features. Paths can be narrow and steep in places. A little disappointed overall, not particularly good value for money, but a pleasant enough way to spend half an hour.

Garden is nice if you like that sort of thing but It's quite a small area, which is the main drawback. Art is OK but doesn't really add much to it. I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to visit here, but if staying in gardone, and you like gardens, it's probably just about worth going.
