Every weds. In the town square they have this market . Absolutely no junk here ! Everything was great quality. beautiful leather bags, cashmere, coats furs, Everything . I would imagine in the summertime they most have the most beautiful linens. If you are in the area on a weds, do try to get to it. It's fantastic !

During the Summer they also have this famous market on Sunday's besides the traditional Wednesday. 90% is clothing, ranging from swim wear to t-shirts to dresses and Mink Coats! 98% of all the stuff is for women so guys better go to one of the neighboring coffee bars for a Spritz or something stronger whilst the Ladies knock themselves out. It has a nice atmosphere around the Piazza but I didn't see anything that constitutes a bargain by any means.
The town center itself is very beautiful with lots of top brand shops. Evidently this is a place where money congregates.

Pretty standard market that you get across Italian towns. It took around an hour to get around the market with lots of bargains and it's clearly popular with the locals too. Well worth a visit to Forte Dei Marmi generally for the day too so the market's a good excuse to bring you along. Be wary of the fake designer clothing however and get there early to grab the best bargains.

It's amazing how they turn a bare central area into a organised thriving market in one day. Well worth a visit, lots of 'designer' clothes at a reasonable price, also there are the more unique things that are, Not trying to be something else. Well worth a visit.

If you like "bazzars" & street vendor stands as well as bargaining, this is the place to go to. Owners are the ones displaying and selling the merchandise, therefore the possibility to bargain the price, particularly if you pay cash. But do not expect a receipt, either. Got some bargains in a few items including hand made belts. Sure worth a visit & recommended.

A lovely market to look at, but don't expect to bag a bargain. This is the place people come to be seen.
All the top designer names have stores here.

After rushing from Pisa and catching the earliest train I could in the hopes of catching the last hour of market activity, I finally arrived to stall holders packing away well before the markets were due to officially close. I still managed to snag a couple of great purchases and can only imagine how awesome it would have been if I could have just arrived a little earlier. Take home message: While the markets officially close at 1:30pm try arrive in the morning or before 12pm to get the best experience.
