“Dream island”

We spent here almost one week at Finale Ligue. Very beautiful island and beautiful food. However, if you want to find the best one there you need to make reserve at lease two days in advanced, otherwise you could find it. A worth place to visit
“Dog welcome beach, but ....”

We ended up at River Beach because of its 'Dogs Welcome' sign. After paying for the two parasols with lounger and chair it became clear that dogs are allowed on the beach but NOT in the sea, except between 12.30-13.30, before 9am and after 7pm. Apart from this this private beach is clean and has a small bar/restaurant. The beach has lots of stones near the waterside. Tried to pay by card for our fee of more than EUR 50 but "machine was out of order".

A very bad joke - cafe & restaurant

After some hours on the beach, we decided to have a quick lunch at the River Beach as it was close to the free beach. We immediately got the last free table and then the long wait started. When the waiter came, he apologized, took the order, some more waiting. Unfortunately, he brought the wrong sandwich and started arguing that it was my mistake what I had ordered, we discussed and at the end he said that actually he had noted my order and got it wrong when talking to the kitchen staff. Anyway, the quality was bad, the portions were small, the service slow. At the end when I asked for the bill, he said he would offer the coffee for free as we had to endure a lot of waiting and were crammed around the table. Well, the coffee was on the bill and had to be paid.
