9 euro return. Great way to get between Erice and Trapani, but the ability to see clearly and take photos through the dirty, somewhat beaten up perspex is somewhat lacking. It would also be helpful if there was information and/or signage about how to get...More

This is certainly the best way to reach the top of the mountain and visit Erice. The only complaint would be that they don’t clean the windows very often and so the view of the ocean and Trapani we’re somewhat found up because of it....More

To escape the heat in Trapani head up to Erice. The cable car ride is worthwhile, even if your visit coincides with a huge cloud obstructing your views!

Wonderful view, comfortable cabins, low price. Friendly and helpful staffs. 12 minutes and you getting Erice, the most beautiful medieval city in the world.

Using the cable car to visit the beautiful medieval village of Erice is a must. We were advised by our hotel to use this rather than drive up, as the view is better from high up and they were absolutely right. There is great parking...More

This place is beautiful. A must to visit to Trapani and Sicily. Erice is located on top of a high hill overlooking Trapani and the coast. The views are outstanding. The town is so beautiful, very old, lots of history, churches, wonderful cobbled narrow streets....More

Lovely ride to this touristy, but still delightful, ancient hilltop town. Quaint narrow streets, albeit selling tat, and a nice bar in the main piazza. Spectacular view over the dull city of Trapani and way beyond – cloud permitting. Erice itself reminds me of the...More

Bus lines 201, 202 and 203 will take you there. Check out Trapani- Erice Cableway on the web. This shows bus lines on a map.
