This is the third time that we have rented the equipment at the Cristallo hotel in La Villa. Davide's attention, kindness and professionalism were key for us to select the right teams. We made a request for a change of equipment and he immediately changed them. 100% recommended. We will see you again next year!!

We booked ski equipment from here and arrived at peak time on a Saturday evening. However the staff have a very clear production line and we were soon dealt with. When my first boots didn't fit quite right there were no quibbles and another option was immediately available.
Equipment was all fairly new and in good condition.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
You do need to register on their system when you arrive but evidently if you book on their website they will already have asked for a lot of the same information so it makes the process easier.
Returns was easy, they just scanned the bar code on the boots and skis and off we went.
Note that there is parking outside of the shop but it can get quite busy as it's shared with some hotels. We parked in the pay and display just down the hill and then took the car up after we'd got our equipment.

Rented our ski,s and poles on our recent ski trip. Brilliant service, highly efficient staff, top quality equipment and a warm welcome. And ski,s delivered to hotel locker ready for day one!

Very friendly staff, i rented my snowboard gear and after one run realized my boots were tight and they changed them right away.

This January marks the third, consecutive year that I have rented skis from Sport Kostner Rents. The selection and service have always been excellent. Rossano and staff know their business and move customers through the process quickly so they can get out and enjoy the slopes. The remodeling that was recently completed provides customers and employees much more room and is a nice touch that fits in well with the charm of Corvara. If you want a treat rent the Zai Testa skis.

Had my wife's Haibike serviced. Thanks to Dylan and Manfred the mechanic for an outstanding job. The ebike is like a new machine.

We were a bunch of Aussie road cyclists who were looking for a change of pace after road cycling in the Dolomites for 7 days. We heard about the Sella Ronda MTB Tour and went and saw Ross at the shop who sorted us out and arranged the day for us. He fitted us all up for mountain bikes, organised a guide for us and away we went. In short, this is a must do for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness who wants to ride amongst the beauty of the Dolomites. The bikes that Ross supplied us with were top shelf and the guides Alex and Barbera made the day really memorable with their detailed knowledge of the area and its trails, suggestion for our lunch stop and general advice and history lessons about the region on the way round. After 8 hours cruising downhill on the trails and riding the cable cars and Gondolas up the hills, we arrived back in Corvara with big smiles on our faces and some amazng photos to reflect back on. Thanks to all for making this such a brilliant day. PS Don't even think about doing this tour around the Sella Ronda without a Guide and ask for Alex to be your guide - he was Gold!!!

They left us the bicycle in the hotel, with tools and everything. They are very kind. The bikes that were waiting for us were new and in excellent condition.It was a great experience

We arrived to collect our skis at about 6.50pm which was a bit tight time wise, but we had arrived on our coach quite late and were told we could collect up until 7.00pm! Unfortunately the touchscreen check-in system was either having an off day, or is generally not as user friendly as it should be! Consequently it took us a frustrating 5 minutes each (? maybe less) to log our details and may have made the staff a little later closing up, however there were plenty of other customers there before us.
Even at the very end of the day we were treated courteously and patiently, and the skis provided were excellent (Volkl and Blizzard) and great Leki poles too. Brilliant equipment, brilliant skiing!!
