Three of us booked into this school to learn the secrets of Sicilian cooking and we did! We really enjoyed our hands on experience with Antonio. Stuffed courgettes, sardines, fresh pasta, fresh tomato sauce, aubergine and lemon cream! Wow what a feast we had. Antonio is very patient but professional and makes sure you do it right which is great because it makes it easier to get it right at home! Thank you Antonio - a 5 ⭐️ experience!

This was a fantaisc exprience Well worth the price and exceeded our expectations, easy to find the villa has a pool and wonderfull views. Chef Antonio was amazing spoke good English and we really felt engaged in the process, we made dessert and pizza as well as being served other delicious food with wine. Me and my partner learnt many skills and some techniques also we had made so much food we ended up taking a lot home. Very enjoyable glad we booked here it was so friendly, we throughly enjoyed our selves and were stuffed at the end of it. I highly recomend taking a class during your stay you won't regret it fun for all ages.

We did the pizza making class as a family of 4 (2 adults and kids aged 12 and 8), and it was honestly one of our best experiences in Sicily. Antonio is a master chef, very patient, and explains everything well. He was also very good with our children and they participated in each step of the cooking process. We have done cooking classes in other countries (Thailand, Indonesia), but Antonio was definitely the best instructor we have had.

My husband and I had a great time learning how to make pasta and a great selection of special Sicilian courses. Antonio and Cinzia were very welcoming and we learnt new cooking techniques for aubergines and courgettes that we will certainly try out and enjoy. We met a lovely American family and Antonio was very kind and helpful to the two children. We sat outside for a long time enjoying all the food and just having a relaxing chat . This course is suitable for people of all levels as Antonio is patient, kind and helpful. We came home with another whole meal to enjoy the next night. We have also just received their recipes which is great to have We also visited their ceramics shop in Cefalù which has a great selection of lovely bowls and plates. Thankyou for a great experience. We really recommend this great course . Thankyou Antonio and Cinza for a great time.
