This magical place is perfect for families and the apartments are spacious with great views overlooking all the vineyards and olive groves. Il Clellese also has farm to table dinners which you can enjoy as you drink their wonderful wine Chianti Classico. Check out their wine tasting at their Boutique which pairs delightful appetizers and their award winning wine Chianti Classico Reserva which came in 31 st out of the top 50 wines. We will definitely be back again.

The Il Cellese shop is charmingly located in an ancient storefront down the cobblestone street from the museum in little Castellina. Inside it's a modern affair with special Tuscan touches and great product displays. Wines and local food products to sample in warm but lively ambiance. Enjoyed the Il Cellese Chianti Reserva the most. ...

While in Castellina-in-Chianti you should make a point of stopping in at Cellese Point! The store is full of interesting & unique local products that are wonderfully displayed in an imaginatively designed store. Also available to sample & purchase are Cellese’s Chianti Classico, Reserva & Super Tuscan. They are truly some of the smoothest we’ve ever tasted! Stop in at this store, it’s a treasure trove of wonderful things!

Excellent local produce available for purchase, including wine, cheese, oil, grappa etc. The shop assistant Kao was most helpful during our visit and was very knowledgeable about all the produce. It not the cheapest produce you'll find in Castellina In Chianti, but is most definitely some of the best quality. We bought several bottles of the Il Cellese Chianti Classico and some truffle infuse cheese, both of which are quite exquisite. If grappa is your thing then that's also worth a try.
