It has been a lifelong dream of mine to take a cooking class in Tuscany. When we decided to take our honeymoon in Italy, I knew that this would be on my must list. Our travel agent got in touch with Silvano and we are so happy we had the opportunity to spend our day in the intimate kitchen at... More

Tenuta Casanova was probably my husband and I's favorite stop on our winery tour through the Chianti Classico region. The farm's landscape and backdrop are beautiful, with lots of rosemary and lavender all around the property. They even have 2 roaming peacocks! Silvano was very welcoming and gave us a good intro into why he started this winery/farm. We could... More

Turned up to taste wine and buy but obviously these people don't need to sell wine. They were more interested in selling food to us than allowing us to taste and buy their wines. Don't bother visiting

We had the most amazing experience at Tenuta Casanova. The property is picturesque. We felt at home with our hosts Servano and Rita. They really showed us step by step how to create the most delicious Tuscan meal with such fresh, organic foods from their farms. We created several courses including home made pastas! They were also very generously pouring... More

We visited this winery towards the end of a day trip to Chianti ( after we had already done a wonderful wine tasting/tour/lunch at another winery) - we were looking for another place to buy/taste olive oil. We were greeted by the owner Sylvano (?) - he told us all about his journey to becoming the owner of his property.... More

Dear friends, first of all we’d like to thank you for visiting our farm and obviously also for your order: we understand this means that you appreciated our products. Concerning your review, we are sorry to read you had mixed feelings about the visit, and in particular for your concerns about our telling the story of the farm: actually, the... More

This was a fabulous way to spend a morning rounded off with lunch, some of which we helped prepare. Tenuta Casanova is a beautiful location and my wife and our three adult children had a blast with Silvano, Rita and Liv. We learnt to make a lovely Tuscany lunch including the best tiramisu ever, I kid you not! The selection... More

We had no idea how amazing our day would be when we booked the cooking class. The hospitality and fresh organic produce were first class. The food we learned to cook was fantastic! We can't wait to make the recipes at home! Our best food experience in Italy by far. Thank you again to our gracious hosts

We visited this vineyard as part of our Vineyard Trail to Rome with The Roman Guy. It could not have been more perfect!! Silvano greeted us upon arrival and provided tour of his absolutely beautiful vineyard and cellar. The location was spectacular and everything is meticulously cared for- the flowers, rosemary shrubs (yes shrubs!) lavender and of course grape vines... More

We called an hour before and they let us come for a tasting. We had already had lunch so we just did the wine tasting for 10 euros and it was incredible. We tasted 4 beautiful wines, olive oil and three incredible balsamic vinegars. The winery is a passion project and just done so well. We bought the olive oil... More
