It costs 8€ return but the views are amazing! Quite short ride- about 10 minutes but really recommended! It’S a must when you’re in Castellamare. During summer it runs quite often.

You buy the tickets to the funivia at the train station and then you access the cable car. Felt safe and modern, but it's quite a thrilling ride because of the hight. The ride up takes 8 minutes, the views are breathtakingly beautiful. You should...More

We stumbled across the Funicular (cable car) ride up to the top of Mount Faito by accident. This is a hidden gem near Vico Equense that should really be advertised much better. The terminals are currently undergoing some renovations, but it is up and running....More

The Funivia is a little hard to find but it's worth a trip up the mountain, It's much cooler at the top - not much near the Monte Faito station other than a restaurant.
