It's a cute village were you can see over the neighbourhood. You'll have to walk a lot, and a lot on a hilly pavement.
You don't really see a castle castle... like you think you will from disney movies. You''ll see basicly the castle wall, like you can from the pic above.

It's a VERY old town, and that was very Interesting to see, people were still living there out of nowere.

We walked around and saw a graveyard as well, a very special one I would think. It was exaly a memorial garden or something like that, with beautiful headstones on tall walls.
The prices of food and shops there is very high, don't recommend eating there except if you have enough money. And hard to find a place to eat that we liked, only few restaurants/shops there. You can see the locals there and that was nice :)

Not much to see here but a nice place for dinner or lunch. Ugo has great views as does Gratano. Typical Tuscan fare. Boat anybody? This is your place but other items available at both. Great local wine.

A village where you can still breathe the history but at the same time a little too touristy for the clubs and shops that overlook the main road. Breathtaking views, peace and quiet from the viewpoints. Carducci's house is closed from 1.30pm to 5pm. Pay close attention to prices which are often not displayed and are not exactly cheap. For example, the shop where you find the words DIY sandwiches... very expensive even if the quality is good.

A beautiful castle inside the village (not open to visitors), well kept. Nothing special but still you can enjoy a beautiful view from there.

The municipality's idea of having children (?) paint water and gas doors with the poet's verses and images is nice. You will find them, walking through the streets of the village.
