Visited Caserta War Cemetary today to pay respects to my uncle who was killed WW2. It is with mixed feelings of pride and sadness that I never met him as I am sure he and all those that sacrificed lives for future generations would never...More

Beautiful Cemetery immaculately looked after and somewhat of an oasis in the area it is located. The Groundsman was very helpful in helping me locate the exact grave. A man who died at 30 some 74 years ago - Not forgotten by his family.

A moving place to visit. nicely kept lawns immaculate. So many men lost their lives. Ages as young as 18 and as old as 45.

Very peaceful and beautifully maintained. Those who fell were no more than children who had to grow up before their time. A poignant reminder that we should never forget.

The cemetery is located at, and surrounded by, the town cemetery. Once you pass through the gates, though, you could be on a different planet. As with all the other CWGC cemeteries I have visited this one was immaculately kept and respected.

I went to the war graves commission website and entered my uncle's name and got the location from there.
