Brunico is nice little old town with settled pedestrian zone. You can walk from one to other side in ten minutes. There are picturesque houses on both sides. Place is not too touristy. There are still shops for locals and some bigger ones with sport...More

Brunico is such a beautiful town. We were in the area for MMM Corones and MMM Ripa and this small town was such a pleasant surprise. So typical South Tyrol atmosphere. Its genuine landscape and old buildings full of flowers. Unbelievable architecture, you can feel...More

We had a day trip here in this cute village in north of Italy, but it looks very much like an Austrian village. Connor streets, nice shops with local delicacies and sport wear, as well as a castle. I enjoyed the walk and the refreshing...More

In case of bad weather when it is snowing, it is worth visiting the old town. The houses are interesting, visit the museum of prosciutto and a number of shops and try bombardino. Particularly worth seeing is a small shop with choice of shopping

This year when skiing in Kronplatz the weather was very mild so much so that it actually rained one day. So fed up of skiing in the rain(sounds like a musical title) we got the local bus to the town of Brunico. It's a proper...More

This street was a huge surprise to me. It is hidden in between the historical buildings, but you must find it when you are in Brunico. It has great choice of excellent shops and restaurants. The buildings are beautiful and the street has a charm.

I come here many times and it is always enjoyable to stroll along the medieval streets looking at splendid palaces, fortified gates and really nice churches. The castle on top of the hill is a gem as well as the nearby war cemetery.
