About
Cron4 unites the four elements of nature: water, air, earth and fire. Water in the shape of our indoor swimming pool. The 25-metre sports pool and toddlers' pool were only refurbished. The three other pools were added. Air in terms of our outdoor swimming pool. Both the swimming pool and sauna areas are spacious. Earth in terms of what is tangible, earthy, the Restaurant Umami that belongs to the Cron4 and is managed by the boss of the Hardimitzn Restaurant. The restaurant offers asian specialities. Fire in terms of our sauna, where it is not only about heating and warming up, but above all about understanding and implementing the true meaning of the word 'wellness - well-being'. Also here traditional elements have been taken over (mountain cabin sauna) and combined with new elements.

    Ottima S.p.A. and wellness
Since, rightly, you cannot use your cell phone, it is impossible to take photos. But the experience was: relaxation and aufguss, excellent for two days! Well done aufguss masters and good organization! We will definitely be back!👏👏👏🤝👍😉

    Excellent
Wonderful structure. We were lucky enough to meet her through a suggestion from the locals. We were surprised by the wide variety of activities that can be carried out inside. Large swimming pools, deckchairs positioned in many areas. Clean and tidy changing rooms. Possibility of a refreshment room inside. I recommend you access the Relax wellness area; great attention to detail and experiences of authentic Finnish saunas. Excellent A+

    Architectural masterpiece
Made up for a rainy day. Very nice pool, inside and out, almost empty in the morning, pleasantly busy in the afternoon. The children had a lot of fun on the slide. Only the price-performance ratio of the bistro was not adequate. One point deducted for that, otherwise full marks.

    Pure relaxation
In my opinion it is one of the best saunas in South Tyrol, immersed in a peaceful atmosphere and surrounded by beautiful landscape, it is the ideal place to unplug for a day. The sauna area is very well organized and decorated in typical South Tyrolean style with saunas at different temperatures and the "aufguss", or jet, program for every hour with a different master (or two). Excellent drinks and snacks offered after the sessions, the relaxation room with its loungers offers the right space for those who want to have a nice nap after the sauna. The restaurant is also excellent. Adequate price for all services provided, taking into account that the opening hours last until 10pm.

    The best
I have only been to the spa area and consider it one of the best public spas in South Tyrol. Location well maintained, good refreshment service and TOP augfuss masters (engaging). Equipped with a large green area for sunbathing and spacious relaxation rooms.

    Truly magical, in every season
I've gone many times, as often as I can... and it's always a magical experience. Lovely place, attention to detail. A small garden of Eden, especially for sauna lovers and naturists Unfortunately you can not take pictures...,

    Beautiful experience
Beautiful experience as a couple. It takes some guidance to figure out how to move inside , especially how to move from the spa to the pool and vice versa . But what about .... one of the most beautiful, controlled and clean facilities I have seen. A bit expensive the bathrobe and slippers rental service, better bring everything with you.

    The best wellness centre
I have visited the Sauna department of Cron4 numerous times in recent years. It is, in my opinion, the best wellness center in Italy outside of hotels. It offers numerous indoor and outdoor saunas and a rich program of steam jets of different intensity. There is a large garden and an outdoor pool with unheated water. The environment is very welcoming and nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only flaw is having to queue 20 minutes before the steam jet to find a place, if the management found a solution to this, everything would be perfect!!

    Great swimming pools
Very nice swimming center. Well-kept, super clean and although it is frequented by many people the environment is quiet. 5 tanks available, one of which is external. Plenty of deckchairs and spaces to sit for a quick snack. Very clean changing rooms, showers divided by gender (women and men). Very attentive to the needs of children (there are cots, garage also by the pool). Lifeguards very careful about safety and enforcing the rules. Great price for the offer. We entered 4 (2 adults and 2 children) paying 25 euros (they accept the Euregio pass). Ample parking nearby (also for campers). It would be nice a refreshment point inside the swimming center where you can eat a meal even simple (in the structure there is an Asian restaurant all you can eat but we have not tried it). Recommended!

    Beautiful experience
A colleague of mine told me very well about this structure and on Saturday 18 January I decided to spend the day there with my partner. Already upon my arrival in the changing rooms I noticed a remarkable cleanliness, which I found in the pool and relaxation areas. The environment is comfortable and the employees very courteous (a note of particular appreciation for the cleaners who were always present making us find a clean and pleasant environment!!!!) the sauna area very well equipped, the only small flaw in my opinion at the time of the aufguss too many people crammed into the sauna (65 for each aufguss)... a dozen less would in my opinion be the right number to enjoy this wonderful practice better. I will definitely be back

I state that we have been frequenting this place for a long time and will continue to do so because, as sauna lovers like us, it is a great solution for variety of proposals, beauty and cleanliness of the place, affordable price and opportunity to have a top spa without necessarily having to stay in a hotel. That said, however, I must point out (as others have already done in the reviews) that I was really disappointed, annoyed and also genuinely concerned by the presence of children of all ages in the sauna area. Honestly, as a mom of three, I don't really see the point. I've always taken my children to the pool and given them time in a suitable place, and I've always left the sauna area as an alternative for us adults, even if it means taking turns to give us some relaxation. In all the wellness centers frequented in South Tyrol and elsewhere, I have always appreciated and considered the ban on entry to children under 16 years old to be a given and I do not understand the reason for this alternative choice. Yesterday I saw 6/8 year old girls entering and leaving Finnish saunas at 90 degrees, participating in the aufguss and wandering unattended (but even if they had been accompanied my judgment would have been the same) in the nudist area without any problem (for them), as if it were any playground. I'm not a moralist at all but I really wonder, as a parent, what the benefit for these creatures can be, and I share the discomfort of the guests who find this choice totally out of place and absolutely unmotivated. For children there are swimming pools, often with baby club service if parents want to carve out time alone, there are saunas for families with lower temperatures and with the use of costumes, there are other experiences to offer and other contexts much more suitable.
I didn't even think we needed bans because it should be common sense that guides us but evidently not for everyone it is so. Too bad really

Very welcoming place, large swimming pools and sauna complete with everything. I was in the sports pool and was able to time my swimming times thanks to the collaboration of the lifeguards who are very attentive and above all responsible in carrying out their duties.
The rest is as in the photo, really beautiful, recommended to everyone, couples, families and individuals.

We spent half a day exclusively in the sauna area and therefore I cannot express an opinion on the swimming pool part. The sauna area is super! Very well organized both internally and externally. Multitude of saunas, even small ones and spread over a very large surface area. Amazing aufguss. The snacks offered after a few sweat baths are also very popular. Excellent cleanliness and organization of the various environments.

The place is beautiful and full of offers for the family. Well the pools but it is already several times that in the sauna area, spa the staff is aggressive if you get something wrong, towels, towels etc. I go there often and it happened to me several times. It is not enough to put the slippers straight to define yourself as a wellness center, kindness and hospitality should be part of staff training.

We know the pool well, we are regular customers. But lately the management of lifeguards has perhaps changed. They are arrogant, they think you should stay still and not move. They have something to tell everyone
The structure is beautiful, always clean.
But we also feel like coming back seeing those faces

My husband and I have already been to this place a few years ago and we returned due to the positive experience we had on that occasion. The facility is very nice, especially the sauna area which is constantly cleaned. But alas I leave a negative review for two aspects:
1) pool too crowded, about 600 people.. we couldn't find a deckchair to sit on. Many people even settled on the benches adjacent to the poolside which are usually used to watch the races or to take a short break.
2) we learned that for some years children have been allowed access to saunas. The presence of minors inside the sauna is usually prohibited both to guarantee a silent and relaxed environment for adults and for the safety of the minors themselves who certainly cannot tolerate such high temperatures. Furthermore, these are nudist areas for which the use of swimsuits is prohibited.

Nice saunas, some not very large, repeated aufguss (very good). The reaction tank is large and comfortable.
The internal spaces and the swimming pools outside the sauna area are also beautiful and well organised.
Convenient dirt parking across the road, free for campers too, even at night.

Overall the center is well done: it has surprising swimming pools and saunas. There is a calendar that includes the Aufguss technique in the appropriate saunas approximately every half hour. Particular attention to cleanliness.
The only sore and serious point was the attitude of the staff at the entrance to the center at the time of payment: very confusing and rude, they had not applied the expected discount and once pointed out they quoted the exact words: you are on holiday and we work for you and we don't make money with your money. Misunderstandings can happen, but these words are not justifiable. Absolutely worth seeing again

The saunas themselves are OK and nice and hot. But the rest of the place is unfortunately completely overloaded with decorative kitsch from several decades. There isn't a square meter without gnomes, root men, antlers, tin chickens, hearts made of all kinds of materials, some kind of logs, kitchen stoves, wagon wheels, plastic flowers. A large-scale clearing out operation is high time. It was also disappointing that you get disposable plastic cups to drink from. Nowadays!
The indoor pool is better, but even here you don't understand why there is a spinning wheel standing around, for example. That was the taste of the 70s.
And the requirement to wear a swimming cap is no longer up to date...

Like every year, a visit to Cron is an obligation for us. The sauna area is simply wonderful, many saunas scattered in the garden, among other things excellent for sunbathing!
Beautiful various aufguss with aromas.
The only flaw, justifiable with increased costs, is the ticket cost, but it's worth it!
For a wonderful new centre
