This escape room (room name: extended room) is by far the worst room we have ever played (and we played many). There is no story line or goal at all, the only thing you need to do is opening locks, locks and more boring locks. Also the atmosphere was quite poor, room was dirty and some puzzles were unlogic or broken. It felt really cheap, as if no one cares about how the room looks like. We even thought that some essential parts were missing. The lack of communication made our experience even worse. For example, most of the texts were Italian (we booked the English version). Also the host was not able to express herself in English. Therefore, we did not get the help we needed during the game. We only saw the host afterwards for the payment... So our final conclusion: this is just a fast and easy way to make money for the owners. No adventure, no experience, no wow's.

We had a lot of fun as escape room is always a lot of fun for me.
Unfortunately we had some setbacks that didn't allow us to play correctly.
2 locks had been reversed, consequently the clues also got mixed up, we opened drawers that had to be opened later... in short, a bit of a mess.
The most sore point, however, is the cleanliness.
Terrible from all points of view.
Piles of dust everywhere, we had to bend down to find a key under a wardrobe, we found piles of dust.
The indecent bathroom.
It's a shame because the room wasn't bad but the cleanliness needed to be completely reviewed.
