I had the ipportunity for a few hours to go to bronco terme! . It’s a public pool that is very nice. Very clean sanitary. Price was very reasonable. I think for seniors for 2 1/2 hours it was 17 e. It offered showers and variety of pool, signers, Turkish baths and outside sitting sun bathing areas! I definite for someone to go. They also offered private massages and other body features. However, I was not able to attend these.

Just in case you don't know: Bormio has three thermal baths; the Bagni Vecchi and Bagni Nuovi (outside of town, both are adjacent to hotels and best visited with a reservation) and Bormio Terme, in town and accessible to all ages without reservation. We went to Bormio terme on a cloudy January morning with our two kids. The outside thermal baths are nice enough with great views on to the mountains, but were quite crowded when we were there. Our kids were not too happy with the waterslide as it was too slow. The thermarium, accessible only to those 14+, is really nice and has a proper "wellness" atmosphere with a small outside thermal bath, steam room, saunas, and good herbal tea being served. Many users here complained about the prices -- keep in mind that the ticket is valid for a whole day and includes many spa activities that you normally pay extra for. Bottom line: if you plan to stay for a few hours and plan to make good use of the thermarium, it is absolutely worth it. If you're just going there for a short swim with your small kids, decide for yourself if the price is right.

This was our second time . A place to relax and enjoy the hot thermal waters in a large pool outside and inside the complex. Sauna, Turkish bath, a large sports pool. Downstairs mud baths, physiotherapy complex, rehabilitation courses. The staff are by friendly, good cleaning.
Great massage course. Many thanks Valerio, Tuina, Lesley, Franco, Serena.
Nice big parking. Will definitely be back.

Staff were unhelpful and rude when my daughter lost her wellness fob for to access all areas and the spa. Told me I had to go outside in my costume to speak to a manager.
Wouldn’t let us purchase a new one. Charged €10 euros for lost one. Areas were not kept clean and only small sauna and steam room. Which were too busy to make use of.

Stunning views, spent a whole day there. View from infinity pool was worth it alone. Loads of options and things to try. Only gripe was the snack bar wasn’t open until 3:30pm although this seems normal for Bormio. Just meant we had to wait a little bit. Didn’t realise you had to place your food order at the main reception then take the tab to the waiter. This wasn’t explained when we arrived, minor annoyance. Had a good relaxing time though.

I have always wanted to return to the Stelvio pass after using a Motorcycle to ride up the famous road. By chance we based at Lake Garda and traveled to Bormio as a base to start. As it was our Anniversary we combined the trip with a spa. My wife and daughter went to this Spa and I cycled up the Stelvio pass returning later on.
My wife booked a massage and entry to the spa, also Amy joined in. When I finished cycling up and down the Stelvio pass. I finished around 1600 and found I could pay 15 euros for two hours entry. This was enough for me to use the showers and relax on the chairs in the sunshine looking around at the mountains and breathing in fresh air. Using the pool and exploring the spa. It is a large area that seems to have so much. If you wanted to use it as a pool or as a relaxing day. It seems ideal.
The spa is a lovely place, they have a pool which is used for lanes and swimming, several other pools, some that are on the side of the building and you can view down the road, around the mountains.
The chairs are great as you can relax back and keep your feet up, lazing in the sunshine.
The web site is slightly misleading for the massages as my wife mentioned they look quite clinical when the site shows them cute with candles and soft furnishing etc. Its a shame as its misleading but my wife found the massage and the spa very good. Her massage was very good and the spa was a delight. She still found things to do after being there for over 4 hours and did not want to be pulled away. A great sign.
some tips and help that i wish i knew before going.
The restaurant is good for a snack, no need to take money in as you charge to your locker key.
No need to take coins as the arm band unlocks your locker and works as a entrance, exit and charge.
They are not keen on you using your phone around the grounds as a camera. There is also a adult only part upstairs that allows no clothes. If you are okay with this then join in. If not you can easily have access to all other parts with out seeing any bare bodies.
If you use the car park and the spa. Make sure you show your car park pass to reception. They reduce it by fifty percent. If there are three of you using the spa, you get the car park for free. We arrived at around ten am and left around 1800 so it was excellent value. The car park does close when the spa closes so you are not able to leave the car there. I did notice one car with a bike rack and assume they left the car there, tackled the Stelvio pass and returned to the car.
take a swimming cap if you have one or buy one there.
The massage and entrance was a reduced package which was great value. There is another spa which would charge you for access only for the price that you can get access and a short massage. Check the website for prices or ask the reception staff for help and advice. They are very helpful.

The most accessible (i.e. cheapest) of the three Bormio spas - this is the modern one in the centre of town. Very busy on our visit which spoilt the atmosphere a bit - the adults-only area was a bit more peaceful. There is a conventional swimming pool for actually going swimming, but most people are here just to relax and lounge around in the indoor/outdoor hot pools. Definitely worth going once for the experience - but try to avoid busy times. Note they require the use of swimming hats - available to buy at €2.50 each.

Thank you RobLeamingtonSpa_UK for your kind review,
what you wrote is right, busy times can ruin the atmosphere.
In our web site there's a real time turnout counter so you can check live how many people are inside every moment.
Hope you can visit us again,
Arrivederci

In thermal complex is very clean. There are medical services and treatment rooms. There's also a sauna, steam room, large indoor pools and an outdoor pool with thermal water, recreation area, restaurants, big parking.
Decor and design massage room is excellent . Loved the staff "Centro estetico" beauticians and masseurs. In the center of working professionals. Thank you very much Ketty (super massage with hot and cold stones and anti-cellulite procedures ), Valerio (lymphatic drainage massage, foot reflex massage), Franco (excellent diagnostician, massage therapist, rehabilitation ), . I'll be back next year.

I visited on an all day pass which cost €26 plus the cost of a hair net!
The changing rooms and lockers are accessed by a bracelet given at the payment desk.
Outside was a main grassed area where the majority of people were sunbathing. Around here were two outdoor pools, one with jacuzzi beds (they weren't all working). Indoors there were children's pools, a slide, steam room, sauna, plunge pool and more terraces. All were accessible for the entry price.
There was a cafe and the prices were reasonable and paid for by a tap of your bracelet which was a good system.
It was warm enough I managed to burn the sole of my foot on a short walk to the pool!
Overall a nice place to visit, my only negative being the showers which were open and lacked privacy, maybe it's a European thing.
After cycling for three days it was the perfect way to end our trip.

Grazie a chi risponde.
Written December 9, 2018
E' necessario prenotare altrove, ma attorno si trovano molti hotel, b&b affittacamere per tutte le tasche.
Written January 7, 2019
L'entrata è a numero chiuso? Grazie a chi mi risponderà!
Written October 30, 2018
