Stay a couple nights to enjoy the incredible choices of fine dining and bars. There are parks around, you can watch the sunrise and the sunset all from the same park bench, it's very special! I highly recommend this small historic village on the southern...More

A quiet and typically italian old village including some good restaurants addresses and impressive thousand year old trees.

The old part of Bordighera is charming: narrow cobbled streets, high old houses, tucked away restaurants, a lovely Baroque church (Santa Maria Maddalena), little bars and coffee cafés. Golden stone enhances the sunlight and shadow and bougainvillea glows purple along the medieval walls. Worth the...More

It’s said that a visit by Evita Peron and her husband, the President of Argentina, revitalised Bordighera’s tourism in 1947 when they visited. The result, a lovely long promenade, the Lungomare Argentina, named after their country, that sweeps along the bay and offers wonderful views...More

This walk is absolutely fabulous and seems to be one of the best kept secrets in Bordighera. If this was in New York it would be marketed like the High Line. It’s really great.

Like 'Alta' already indicates, you have to climb uphill to reach the old and higer part of Bordighera. It's my favorite part of town with narrow streets and little squares. The central square is the Piazza del Popolo with the lovely Maria Maddelena church. Remarkable...More

Wonderful historical old town. Narrow alleys with hanging laundry above your head. Friendly people, a lot of tiny restaurants with only a handful tables. Genuine atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing, nice and awful place in the heart of Bordighera! The place looks like a stage set for a fairy tale Pinocchio. Quiet, tranquillo and safe.
