With one to one attention, this was a truly memorable short break set in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Chef Fabrizio was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and attentive - so much was packed into my short stay. Truffle hunting in the hills was a wonderful experience that I shall never forget, with cooking lessons based on truffle dishes and other Tuscan specialities. A fascinating, personalised tour of Arezzo was an added bonus. Fabrizio arranged every aspect of my visit with the utmost care and attention and was a fantastic host.

Our family of 6 met Fabrizio at the beautiful farmhouse outside Arezzo. It was truly the highlight of our trip. Fabrizio led is in making an absolutely delicious meal of ravioli, chicken cacciatore, and crunchy tiramisu. Fabrizio is a wealth of
Information and shared so much with us, from his knowledge of preparation, ingredients and his experiences all over the world. Within a few minutes of meeting him, we all felt like we had know him for years. If you love fresh, delicious, well prepared food, this is the cooking class for you.

We were a group of 10 friends who travelled to Tuscany and rented a villa for a week. We wanted to book an "in-house" dinner to be prepared by a local Tuscan chef and stumbled across Chef Fabrizio's website. The large menu options sounded intriguing and the fact he could accomodate gluten free options...which can be a bit of a challenge when surrounded by all the wonderful pasta and bread in Italy! Fabrizio came up with wonderful variety of menu options for us to choose from, which made the menu selection so easy. Even though our villa was a bit of a distance away from Arezzo, this was no problem and he and his assistant showed up right on time...and spent the next 4+ hours preparing a most wonderful 3 course meal from scratch, made from local organic ingredients and plenty of wine! Our meal was absolutely delicious...one of the main highlights of our trip! And the price for all of this effort and quality was very reasonable. Chef Fabrizio did an amazing job...did all the clean up afterwards...then entertained us with stories of his various endeavours and adventures. We had a wonderful time and an amazing meal. I would highly recommend Chef Fabrizio for any dinner or event. Thank you Fabrizio...hope to see you again on my next visit to Tuscany!!

We are fortunate to travel quite a lot to different parts of the world with our main theme is looking for real traditional food and culture in that country. We contacted Fabrizio and requested cooking lessons and to show us the real Tuscany. We'll we got we asked for, both of us were treated like family and we learnt so much about true italian food and preparation. The food was superb to eat and so much fun cooking it. With common sense notice we gave Fabrizio some strange requests outside his normal agenda and he was very keen to deliver. A must is the Arezzo Joust Festival and go for Fabrizio's Colours and have him show you the antique markets and beautiful church's, his proud knowledge is as good as any tourist guide we've seen. Gets a 10/10 from us.

My partner and I drove out to Arezzo and experienced a delicious and wonderful private cooking course with Chef Fabrizio. Professional, conversational, and quite knowledgable of ingredients, flavors, international cuisines, and cooking, Chef Fabrizio helped us improve our already intermediate-competency in cooking by sharing his recipes, some tips, and interesting insights about his hometown as well as the Tuscan cuisine.
Logistics: once you book the course, you get to pick a 3-course menu from Fabrizio's selection and have the course at his cooking Air BnB residence in the middle of the breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills within Arezzo. Exciting for all levels and background of cooking, Fabrizio is sure to customize his courses to your needs and experience.
Quality: all the ingredients used to create our dishes were locally grown or sourced, so you can imagine how fresh and tasty the herbs, vegetables, meat, and olive oil were when cooking our dishes!
We made the Ricotta cake, porchetta with potatoes, and local Pici pasta with tomato sauce- delicious!!
Thanks again Chef Fabrizio for the memorable experience, we'd definitely recommend your courses to anyone we know traveling in Tuscany. We'd love to take a class again with you in the future- cheers!

I found Fabrizio online and asked if he was available to come to the villa we were staying at and cook an authentic Italian meal for a 70th birthday party. I was initially worried about communicating through email, but Fabrizio was very responsive and all of the planning was very organized and easy. He arrived to the villa exactly on time and had all of the tools and equipment he would need. The food he cooked was fantastic! Everyone loved the dishes and he was very friendly. I would highly recommend, this was a highlight of our trip!!

Fabrizio was just lovely. We had a wonderful meal and he engaged our children with rolling and cutting the gnocchi together. We will back for more!

My family are keen on cooking and food, so we wanted to experience some genuine Tuscan food. Fabrizio came to our holiday villa. We learnt how to prepare and cook ravioli, Florentine meatballs and Panna Cotta. It was a great experience and Fabrizio is an accomplished teacher. Once the food was cooked, we were served at table and also enjoyed the amazing wine from Fabrizio's vineyard. This experience was definitely the highlight of our holiday in Tuscany.

My sister and I were spending a few days in Tuscany. This was a highlight. It turned out to be a private lesson for just the 2 of us. Fabrizio was extremely accommodating, adjusted the menu to suit what we wanted to prepare - and picked us up from nearby Arezzo to take us to our kitchen for the afternoon. We really enjoyed the getaway and learning the tips of the trade - I had always wanted to know how to make Ravioli! Besides being a great teacher Fabrizio was also a mine of information about the food we were preparing, Tuscany and Italy in general. We had a great afternoon.
