Perfect way to see enjoy the breathtakingly beautiful countryside around Acqui Terme. We combined it with a wine tasting at the vineyard of Claudia Cordona which was a real treat. We also stayed on in Acqui Terme for some food after the tour, and heard from Aad that never before had people come back so late :-)
Aad was really helpful. My bike broke down halfway and within half an hour he had brought a new bike.

A very nice experience for an afternoon. We toured the high altitude villages surrounding Acqui Terme. A trip of app. 40 km through the beautiful Piemonte landscape of wineyards on small hills.
The owner of the company is a very helpful dutch guy, who has spend many years exploring Piemonte and has lived there for 3 years. Easy and friendly communication.
Genious idea to use Ebikes for the tours, since they provide the necessary assistance for the steep climbs, and yet still keep the free feeling of traditional biking.

If teenage boys are happy, EVERYONE is happy.
We live in The Netherlands. We bike all the time. We go to cities and will find the bike tour if there is one.
But 13-year-old and 15-year-old boys? ("We bike to school every day, I don't want to bike for FUN--because it's not fun!" "It's HOW far?" "I'm not going." etc.)
DISCLAIMER: we did the e-bikes. I can highly recommend the e-bikes. I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have survived the first hill (mountain?) on regular bikes.
It was beautiful, fun, outdoors, exciting (speed!), delicious, delightful, and memorable.
If you're in the area, do a tour.
If you're not in the area, go to the area.

Rented 3 ebikes and last one did ride on a road bike that we brought outselves. Had a great tour around the vineyards, and the bikes were easy to use. Great service and will definately be back next time we visit.

The Best way to see Piemonte with the beautiful wine fields and fantastic views it to rent e-bikes for the whole family and follow one of the recommended itineraries from Aad. A must do.

Absolutely fantastic day on e-bikes riding around the Piedmont hills. We rented 8 e-bikes from Aad for a one day tour around vineyards and wineries. The bikes are in mint condition and make cycling the steep hills a total breeze. Aad is a real gentleman and was super helpful to us in organising the day. Highly recommend!

From the beginning when we began the planning Aad was great. Going out on a bike tour with grandparents, parents, children and infants is a complicated proposal, but Aad made sure we had the necessary equipment, borrowing smaller ebikes for the children (8 and 11) who could ride, an attached bike for the 5 year old who rode behind his father and a baby seat for the infant. Playing it on the safe side with our group of 12, we had Aad accompany us and that was a good decision as it made everything much simpler and he was wonderful. The e bikes were great, a new generation that were not like the motorcycle like bikes that we have had previously, but more like hybrid bikes that just made the pedalling simpler and allowed us to climb hills that would otherwise have been impossible. My conclusion was that I want to come back on a multi day e bike trip in the area and I am sure that we will. The region is simply mind blowing beautiful and the food and wine are out of this world.

We chose to do the tour self-guided due to the timing of when we wanted to go. It was great. Aad met us with the bikes and gave us super easy to follow instructions and map to guide us through a 35 km tour through the vineyards. He also spent time with us to get us used to the bikes. Coordinating with Aad was simple and we had a great time. Bikes are quality bikes and you've got lots of storage on them. Definitely a fun way to see the sights and spend only as much energy as you want biking. You can make it pretty easy if you want. Great lunch recommendation from Aad as well.

My wife and I rented ebikes from Aad and did a 40 k self-guided tour. So much fun. Great views, food and wine.
