    Lovely evening out.
Had a lovely evening. The animals appeared well loved and looked after. The owner clearly loved his animals. Food was lovely. The Greek dancing was really good fun. Would highly reccomemd this trip. As a side note I would.have a loved a print of one of the lockdown paintings that were all around, but they did not have any.. was quite sad about that.

    Utterly wonderfully bonkers!!
The Golden Donkey Farm. Out of family hardship and a desire to give something back Pieris Georgiadis and his family built this crazy place to save the Cypriot Donkeys and to save the ancient olive trees on the land, one, the big one in the centre of the farm is over 1500 years old and probably the second oldest olive tree on the island. This was one of the most bonkers and fun afternoon/evening out we have ever experienced. Read his story and if you ever get the chance go and experience it for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Donkeys, goats, food, drink, and dancing!! Thank you so much, It was a blast.

    Must visit for any age
As a solo visitor I was a bit unsure about going to the donkey farm that included the evening meal & dancing. I was soon put at ease by Greta & Sveta who both looked after me admirably throughout my five hour visit. You learn so much about not only the donkeys but also about the rural life of Cyprus. Wether your 8 or 80 this is a must place to visit

The owner of the farm made some racial slares that the black worker in there was darker than us because he came from a country close to the sun. He also assumed we all come from the village and kept making more racial slurs. Keeping inmind the black students felt uncomfortable. He never made any comment on the white students. I wouldn't recommend this place that shows bigotry. We are human beings and we deserve respect.

We went with our son 5yr old but were a bit disappointed by the experience. The donkey Park is not bad but it s a lot too expensive for what it is. 5£ for adults and 3£ for kids and extra cost for a ride. We stayed around 15 minutes touch few donkeys and that's it.

A nice visit to a donkey farm, including animal petting (goats, rabbits, chicken and donkeys), feeding them and some museum stations explaining rural live in Cyprus.
We stayed there for around 50 minutes and it was well worth the price.

Wouldn't advise a full day trip to this place but if you're on the road it's a nice experience.

We stayed in the private apartment inside the park for two lovely nights. Feeding the donkeys and walking around was an amazing experience. The owner was very kind and all of the workers was all professional and helpful! You can feel the nature around fah and night. The apartment was in a really good price, clean and very cozy. Thank you so much, it felt like home ❤️

Do not go there, after we bought the tickets, we were left alone. We saw only 15 donkeys and they write that they have 200 specimens :) It smell extremely bad. Donkeys are very dirty. The worst are wax statues!!! Nightmare, look at my pictures.
Po zakupie biletów byliśmy pozostawieni sami sobie. Widzieliśmy kilka osłów a piszą że jest 200. Osly brudne i śmierdzi!! A figury woskowe są jak z horroru.
Duze rozczarowanie.

My parents owned a donkey when I was a child, so I could see these donkeys are not taken well care of... with an entrance price of 4 euros pp you would expect to see happy donkeys, that are able to lay in straw, have a shelter for the sun and are well fed and maintained.... This wasn’t the case at all! Some of the donkeys looked too skinny, some had bald skin on the back, some had hoofs that were way too long, and a baby donkey was sleeping on the cement floor!! Visiting made me sad... glad I didn’t see the donkey rides...

The Golden Donkeys Farm accommodates approximately 100 donkeys and is situated at the village of Skarinou on a hillside overlooking the Valley of Ayios Theodoros in the Larnaka district. The farm is an increasingly popular venue for fun family moments.
We were here with some family youngsters who enjoyed the horse riding while we enjoyed our drinks. We bought some carobs from the farm’s shop as donkeys love them and they like to be fed while they give you a ride. Each donkey has its own name, personality and behaviour. It is highly recommended to wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Another thing to be considered is not to scream or shout.
