We visited Oman Avenues Mall on 23 April 2022, in the middle of Ramadan. It was about 6pm and very crowded. Waiting in line to pay our groceries took nearly 20 minutes. Of notet, there is a soft-play children’s play It cost 6 OMR to go from the Intercontinentak bv taxi To return we took an illegal taxi which cost 5 OMR …

one of the Best Malls of Oman
Visited the mall during Covid times (July 14 tb exact). Strict protocols on Social distancing and wearing masks are maintained. Overall ,impressive parking and shopping facilities.I nearly compare it to City Center Deirah in Dubai UAE. Except that the Supermart provider was Lulu. Thumbs up.

McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food!! So to wait 10 min to order 2 coffees and 1 muffin is not FAST, and it was not busy. This new kiosk where you have to place your order, there should be a staff member assisting people who are not used to using it. Signage is confusing. Staff ignore you. And don’t even think of going during the week at lunch time when all the school kids go for lunch you will wait for hours. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Went there for bowling with the family and had a great time. Kids loved the bowling facility there; only 2/- riyals per game; they also have pool tables, etc.

No safety measures in the Parking

1 hour to get out of the ground parking..its very clear that the management has to Emergency protocol or crisis management plan No need for cameras everywhere if you don't realise that your customers are stuck for 1 hour in the car to get out of the parking.

New and not so fancy

That mall is really big enough for Oman, i visited here for ıts name sounds avenue style and famous brands but its not. Brands are very less, a big amount of them is local,and doesnt fit the mall name, ıts inside is very ordinary, and outside area doesnt impressed me

Nothing amazing but good enough

A good place to kill a few hours. It's big but not massive and has both local and uk high street shops. There's a hyper market on the ground floor which is handy for your all day essentials and souvenirs. Loads of cafes and a food court.

We came here a few times, great places to eat and quite big. Not as great as the malls in Dubai, but this is more decent than the other ones in Muscat.

Yep, A Mall.

Not exactly the best spot to spend when going to Oman. So many other great cultural sights to see than a shopping mall. That being said, if one must go buy something, this mall was very nice. Went to a Borders Books to buy a few things on Oman. The mall is very clean, modern and easy in and out.
