The tour and dolphin sighting was most interesting. I was only concerned as i thought the cruise was on a Dhow. Not sure who the captain/driver was however he assisted me wonderfully in overcoming my fear to get off the boat to snorkel. For this I must commend him. Explanation of various landmarks was great too. His assistant was just as helpful. Overall and excellent experience in beautiful crystal-clear water. Thanks again ! Marie-Louise South Africa

We booked a Coaster bus for a group of 11 from 2 families to visit the key attractions outside of town. Our guide Mohammed was excellent, giving us plenty of information about the various locations visited and providing a good insight into local culture and history. The tour went very smoothly from booking, pick up, lunch and drop off. I strongly recommend Oman Last Minute and their guide Mohammed

Our guide Salim arrived on time at the hotel with his Toyota 4W car. We booked the tour to Wahiba Sands and Wadi Bani Khalid. Salim told us a lot of interesting facts and stories about Oman, its king and the inhabitants. He drove us safely to the desert where he showed his driving experience in the golden sand. Amazing! We also had a short stay for a coffee in a beduine house. Interesting as well. Then we drove to the Wadi. As it was Friday, many local men took a dip in the green and fresh water or enjoyed a barbecue. Women were not in the water. So I as a woman decided not to swim and took pictures of my son and husband who jumped into the water. The place was quite crowded and local people left lots of waste at the barbecue places. The same with the desert: many plastic bottles and waste in the sand. What a shame!!! The lunch we got was local and authentic and tasted very good. We had rice with arabic spices, bread, chicken and fish as well as several sauces. We can recommend the tour company which managed our trip very well!

Their name speaks for themselves as they do entertain a last minute tour booking request. İ have booked a 2-days for Layla Tour over the weekend and İ believe İ made the right choice of entrusting my tour with them, although İ have inquired with another company but i followed my instincts. :) My tour guide (Abdullah) was very punctual, nice and hospitable, a local Omani himself! İ had a great time spending my 2-day tours although İ can suggest to add more into it as most of it you can squeeze into a day alone especially when you start the tour early. ;) Started the journey on a Friday (offday for most Middle east countries), İ enjoyed the Nizwa Souq, the Fort but it is closing at 11am so better be there early to catch both and enjoy the haggling of goats and mind you to please wear a decent clothing when u go there as a sign of respect to local Omanis and wear comfy shoes as you will have some nice walking around. Then up to the Al Jabal Al Akhdar - Green Mountain (which is around 2,980 metres high if İ'm not mistaken) - it's stunning view!!! 13 degrees cooler so it's amazing! You'll see the terraces but it's not the season for roses or pomegranate so you won't see "green" much. İ've stayed overnight at Jebel Al Akhdar Hotel. Abdullah asked me to try the local Omani bread with honey and cheese (like a pancake but thinner) and i love it actually matched with chai. Tried the Omani sweets in Nizwa and chicken biryanis for lunch. Overall, it was a great tour! Thanks a lot! will definitely spread the good word to friends! ;)

Couldn't rate the Oman Last Minute guys highly enough. They made us feel like locals on the Muscat city tour, with their in-depth knowledge. Everything went smoothly, hotel pickup was prompt, air con vehicle and refreshments on hand. We'll be back!
