This was my second trip to Bait Al Zubair. I enjoyed the exit which tells the story of Oman- its history, culture and people. The Contemporary gallery of art by Omani artist was an added treat.

This is worth the visit. One of the most interesting museums I've ever visited. And it's simply beautiful!! Very well maintained too. It also houses a lovely coffee shop. The gift shop is impressive as well. It's not permitted to take photos inside.

Use GPS to get there. Billy easy to find. Should be allowed to stay in the US you should have no problem finding a place to park. There is a small entrance fee. Enjoy

There is a gift shop in Bait al Zubair. They have nice souvenirs which are nicely packed. They have variety and small items are reasonably priced.
