When visiting the bridge at Millau do take this boat trip. You pass under the bridge and the guides are excellent. It takes about an hour and is so worth it.

This is a shallow draught boat trip with 6 passengers max plus the boatman. You will find them all over the world. What makes this unique is that you pass under one of the worlds greatest suspension bridges, the A75 motorway Millau Viaduct. The sight is awesome. Yes it is expensive - €48 for the two of us but having over the bridge floating under it gave a totally unique perspective. Well worth while. Read the reviews and look at the pictures. A special mention for the lady in the ticket kiosk in the middle of Creissels (by the main road car park) who after our boat trip helped us book our next adventure with Velorail of Larzac. Our language difficulties were considerable but with her perseverance we obtained a booking for which I’m very grateful as I suspect my telephone French would have been less than successful. Thank you. …
