Stopped here as part of our River Cruise. Well worth the stop. Our host at the winery did an excellent job of covering why sauterne wines are different. We learned about 'the noble rot' which helps convert the grapes into higher sugar content for this...More

We stopped here with a group and learned some about Sauternes. Interesting history with the vineyard owned and run by a woman in the 1860s. Tasted one and were on our way.
