Benfeita è un villaggio che fa parte della Rede das Aldeias do Xisto, iniziativa per la protezione di villaggi tradizionali le cui abitazioni sono costruite con scisto. Si trova vicino a Fraga da Pena e alla Mata da Margaraça. Minuscolo ma pittoresco che, oltre alla chiesa e alla Torre da Paz, ospita la Loja das Aldeias do Xisto. Val la pena anche di salire a godersi il panorama dell’intero borgo.

Se pensar visitar esta aldeia,planeie com quem saiba e vai ter dos melhores momentos da sua vida.
A viagem e tao recheada de lugares que nao cabe aqui descrever,por isso consulte o turismo local ou alguem do ramo,para entao planear e aproveitar os grandes momentos de beleza que ira encontrar nos arredores alem desta tao linda aldeia que se deixa conhecer a pe,tendo atencao a circulacao automovel que e muito delicada.
Este o meu parecer.

De passagem... Uma aldeia acolhedora!

Se não me dissessem, nem reparava que era uma aldeia de xisto... heheeh... apesar de ter sido bastante agradável a visita! Gente simpática e alegre, sempre pronta a ajudar!

Fizemos uma paragem aqui, depois de conhecermos a espectacular praia fluvial de Côja, quando íamos a caminho da cascata Fraga da Pena, que vale mesmo a pena ser conhecida! Resolvemos entrar e conhecer a igreja, que é bastante interessante... a aldeia tem uma pequena praia fluvial à entrada, não muito relevante! De qualquer modo, foi bom conhecer! :)

É a aldeia de Xisto branca. Terra simpática com algumas casas de xisto. Fica junto à Mata da Margaça e à Fraga da Pena.
Junto à aldeia está o Santuário de Nossa Senhora das Necessidades.

Mas é um local agradável, com bons acessos e uma pequena praia fluvial que faz as delicias dos lcoais

Os moradores da vila são muito simpáticos, acolhem os estrangeiros de uma forma agradável. Há muita vida no verão, mas no Inverno pouco se passa na vila. Vale a pena visitar a loja Artefacto. O café central é pouco variado em termos de comida e os empregados não são muito simpáticos. A "praia" parece artificial, mas ideal no verão quando está muito calor.
