Wonderful place. Open informative clean first class. Plenty of knowledgable staff to give you the history of the place. Very good value. Do check times and take a tour of the house its spectacular. The bird show is out of this world. I have been to many and none come close to this one. Wonderful walk through the Lemurs enclosure.... More

Excellent day put for all the family. Would recommend buying the popcorn to feed animals. Park was well set out. Easy to walk around. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Most importantly all animals appeared to be content in well cared for spacey areas. Able to get so close to giraffe, which was a highlight of the trip for our... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our day out here, spacious layout, happy animals and great fun on the trampolines in the trees. Definitely worth buying popcorn to feed the animals 2€ well spent. No picnic area inside the Zoo but plenty of room before the entrance if you want to take your own lunch.

This zoo is very spacious and well set out. The path seems to flow from one area to the next. We went on a very hot day and there were plenty of shaded areas at the start but nearer the end it was harder to find, The parkabout in the trees was good fun but a word of warning Make... More

I'm a big fan of animals in a suitable environment and the park is enormous and has enough habitat variety for them all. What is also wonderful is the mix of creatures that happily live side by side with other species including us mere humans and have the run of the majority of the park! This is the third time... This was a lovely day out and I would go again. It is worth timing your visit to coincide with one of the bird shows, that was pretty spectacular. It is in full sun though, so I would recommend getting there 20 minutes before it began to get a seat in the shade if you can. The park does not... More

My third visit today, facilities have improved and the experience is great fun for animal lovers. Very good conditions for the animals and the bird display was particularly impressive! Definitely recommend this place.

We visited with our three year old son and we all loved it. It was busy but so well laid out and spacious that it never appeared overcrowded. There are enough animals to be able to get a good view but not so many that they are cramped up and mistreated. It's quite a lot of walking but as long... More

We have 4 year old twins who love zoos and animal parks. We lived in London and took them to ZSL London zoo, we've been to Chessington, Whipsnade in UK, we've been to Bourbansais in France are annual pass holders of Thoiry outside of Paris. Branféré is however my favourite. The welcome and entrance arrangements are very well organised. We... More

Not a huge fan of zoos or seeing animals couped up but was impressed by here. Lots of open space and lovely to see the animals close up like the wallabies who would eat out of your hand. Our children loved it. We were there from 11 - 4ish. A long day but quite a bit too see. Worth a... More
