If you are a travelled who want to visit , DONT ever come here. Even though the temple is good the cable car staff is very unprofessional. They just want to make sure you are stuck on top of the hill for indefinite time. Even though the cars were running empty we were not let to ride down .

Yes, this attraction is 20 USD for foreigners yet less than 6 USD for Nepalis. So what? It's worth every penny! It was our favorite part of our trip to Nepal. And not to mention, the people of Nepal deserve something nice. If foreigners help subsidize this cable car, so be it.

I highly recommend eating at the restaurant at the bottom of the river. There is a nice buffet, but for only 450 NPR, you can get a fantastic nepali meal set. The conditions appears to be much more sanitary.

And the bathrooms at the CAFÉ are much nicer than any along the way from Kathmandu to Pokhara.

I really wanted to go on this cable car, so I did enjoy it. The entrance is well maintained and is clean and organized with good toilet facilities. The cable car is expensive, but an interesting experience.

Long queues for absolutely nothing. There is no standing tample on top. It is destroyed and you will never known till you get there. Nobody will tell you. I feel really sorry for it but I would prefer to help out to rebuild it instead to loose time and feel fooled.

To get the temple on the top within a constrain time this is the only choice.
It was a 2 hours queuing on the line to just get into the cable car . Damn I hated it.

After getting to the top , to get into the temple there is another loooooong line.
It is that if planning to go here , have to avoid the festival time or the particular day when the crowd from all over Nepal and India is going there.
The temple is worth a visit as a pilgrim stop. As the name says it's the goddess who makes your wish come true.
The temple is still under construction after the quake.
