As Grandparents we were looking for somewhere to take our two Grandchildren. Decided to try this place out and were impressed with the whole trip. The kids loved it as it's aimed at young one's but we also had a good time. Nice any profits...More

Much bigger than you would imagine when looking at the front of the building. Really great for kids, with helpful staff who were happy to explain every detail of the day to day operation. Very resonable entry fee.

Plenty to see. Enjoyed watching the hedgehogs, foxes, ravens, red kites, herons and ducks!! Fascinating for children but also plenty of information for adults too. The room with skeletons of wild animals was interesting too. Staff friendly and informative.

They have a shop and cafe and various animals as well as the hedgehogs, which you can see being fed. The staff are helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. We liked the polecats and the birds of prey. But the hedgehogs were sweet.

Would suggest giving them a ring. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We rang before we went to ask about the badgers.

I would suggest that it would be about 2 hours, although if they are engaged, then maybe longer There are feeding times so that might extend the visit However, it is a small centre, rather than being zoo sized
