Good price for drinks during Happy Hour (5-7). Lots of action and always music/entertainment 6-9pm. Lot of people watching and friendly discussions. We try not to miss spending some time in the town square.

This is a nice downtown area to spend time with spouse or family. There is music at night, restaurants, shopping, gaze over the water, dance to the music at night.

They have live entertainment on most nights weather depending. The town square has a multiplex with rocker chairs. A Broadway theater with name entertainment ( tickets in advance) Many restaurants, a bowling alley, MPV health Center, stores for shopping

There is a lot to do here, with a pristine movie theater, plenty of shops and restaurants, and a town square with live music and dancing every night. However, we are both 50 years of age, and we were by far the youngest people there. This is a retirement community, after all. We will definitely go back in 15 years... More

"Nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded" Yogi Berra declared. If Rocky and the Rollers are appearing at Spanish Springs, Yogi's statement is most fitting. The crowd is overwhelming and enthusiastic. Nevertheless, good manners mostly prevail. Good manners prevail except for the one selfish man who fouled the air for hundreds of others with his noxious cigar smoke for thirty... More

Free music in the square, plenty of restaurants and bars. Makes for a great evening out. The locals can drive up in their golf carts.

Our visits here are getting better. It does have our favorite fudge store which is a plus. Sat one night to listen to the music and people watch. Always some great dancers and then the line dancers and some reliving their teenage years always bring a smile. Good to see so many enjoying themselves. Have not eaten here but maybe... More

Nice music. It's fun to "people watch" on the square. Usually the music is soft rock, country, or oldies, a perfect fit for the 55 + crowd. Lots of dancing.

Perfect place to spend time if you want to shop, have dinner or just listen to the live music. Today as an added bonus there was a antique car show which they have every month . We plan to go back soon.
