Great pub
Called in hoping they would be doing food, they weren't but that didn't matter. We stayed and had a drink and game of pool.

They pub has a warm atmosphere and the staff were very friendly.

Nice and Friendly
Great little place with lovely staff and great regulars! Pool table was good. Beer was great. A great little find with lovely friendly people, both staff and customers.

Meal out with family and dog.

Great place, good food all at reasonable price, friendly staff. Dog friendly ( small dog's). Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Lovely 1st visit

I visted Palins last week and this is the on site bar. Didn t eat here, but some of my party did, and said food was good. Typical campsite bar, staff very friendly and welcoming. Very friendly atmosphere, and nice and clean bar. Will visit again, when next in area

I love this pub one of our local pubs great pint and great staff normally go with the fella to watch the footie and have a game of pool good night out.

Magpie and stump
A very tired and run down pub which looks as if it has never been decorated since the day it was built,with supposed Mexican theme but sells nothing Mexican or even American so??? What's that all about,,,there are televisions everywhere all on the same channel but no sound ,the juke box when it comes on is far too loud ,getting a drink is often wait till the waiter or waitress can be bothered to look in your direction as all of them stand at one end of the island bar talking with friends ,seating is very limited as the bar takes up most of the pub,all in all a very bad experience,no food to be had
