Once fully open, may be the best Mall

I visited Oct 15 ...The mall just opened a couple weeks ago, but they say it will be 80% occupied by December

I think this may surpass Santa Fe and El Tesoro as the best mall in Medellin
(it's actually in Envigado - about a 15 minute ride from either of these malls

Here is why:
> Food - amazing options. Beyond the standard food court, they have a great variety of sit-down restaurants. Steak, burgers, ribs, typical and Italian
> Anchors - Home Center & Jumbo - both worth a visit alone
> Happy City - it's a small amusement park up near the top floor, next to the food court area. My 8 y/o will love this. This is similar to El Tesoro
> Cine Colombia - 4d (I have not gone yet, but my understanding is motion seats, and kinda like Disney - will feel wind blowing etc). IMAX ... and it looks like there are options to watch in English language

Parking seems to be good. Right now it's free to park, but I see some space left for tickets. There was one sign said 2000 peso ... so that wouldn't be bad.
They also have a pedestrian bridge, right from the metro

If you are into huge projects, Viva Envigado is a place where you can enjoy the best brands, taste delicious food, visit the cinema, hang out with friends and even you can bring your pet, I highly recommend the place

Spent the afternoon with the Nephew searching for a graduation gift. Wonderful lunch, excellent coffee and Frappuccino! Everything is here in Viva! Great cinema, best screens anywhere. Highly recommend.

We were definitely surprised and impressed on how big this mall truly was. There are so many different types of stores, as well as many restaurants and cafes to choose from!

THE shopping mall in Medellin

I had been struggling to find a movie theater in Medellin that shows films in English. Finally got a tip that Cine Colombia Viva Envigado was one of two places, so went to check it out.

Incredible theater. Luxury seats, big screens, and amazing sound. Sometimes it's nice to take a break from your vacation and stay cool with a/c while watching an American movie in your native language.

The food court is outstanding. I ate two meals here, and both were delicious. So many options to choose from. It's a foodies wet dream.

Several levels of shops on par with any top-of-the-line mall. I hung out in the co-working area for a few hours on my laptop enjoying their free wifi. Honestly, you could spend an entire day here and not get bored.

Full day shopping plus fun

This is supposedly the largest mall in Colombia. And it houses 3 major brands primarily - exito, decathlon and homecenter under one roof. That itself will give you an idea of how big the mall is. Apart from these, it also houses almost every single major brand. It has a park named Viva park at the top floor with some good amusement rides for kids and lot of space for video games and such games for kids. It also has covered football grounds, beach volleyball grounds on the top floor. Food court has almost every food outlet that you would find in any of the malls around Medellin. You can definitely spend a full day with your family. The mall also houses Cine Colombia with iMax screen and 4D screens. Very effective ones.

This is the best mall in Medellin. On top of brand name and little boutique shops, there are multiple play areas for little kids, a Ferris-wheel, and a large eating area. If you want to buy a car or motorcycle, you can also do that on the third floor. Talk about an all inclusive place to spend your time and money. Definitely worth a visit for half a day while in Medellin.

An incredible new lace. Went for movies at Cine Colombia and founded an new concept: all sear premier, special lounge, Imax. First time in Colombia of such a nice theaters

This is a good place to visit while in Medellin. There are good shopping places with all major brands.
The restaurants are good, and also the food court is big.
Has a nice area for kids, pretty big.
