Me and my wife have been there in June 2015,
There is a amazing structure, beautiful place.
Good hot chocolate
The best: A very very very nice "Tirolesa" (zip-line), 700mts+200mts.
Its easy to find, just keep alert to signs.
problems:
1st: We've listened that at that moment, there is not more than 50 security equipments for around 150 people (tourists and teenagers school groups), in a completely disorder and no stream to use the security equipments.
2nd: The ATV is broken;
3rd: When we did the "Tirolesa" (zip-line), the car who should get us broke, and we went up the hill walking.
4th: The attendant who was selling tickets for the zip line was very rude , and after the sale , she just pretended not listened to my questions.

Snow Valley is a great attraction for adventurers. There is one of the longest Tirolesa in SC state. You can go trekking in many different trails, Camping ridding a quadricycle, climbing and so. Everything in a very friendly environment. And there everything is in the middle of a native pinus tree forest. English friendly.

We only did the zip line, but what a thrill!
You go down two different lines almost a kilometer in total length. The first one is so long that you wear a small parachute to slow you down. There is also a treetop walking circuit, 200 meters long.

It´s too expensive, especially the food. The cost of a single and small sandwich is R$ 18,00. Juices are expensive as well. There´s no much options in the menu.
