Third generation of owners, the Laplace family is glad to welcome you in the 55 hectars of the vineyard. Wine producers, Marie, Jean-Luc, François and Bernard propose you to taste their Madiran, Pacherenc du Vic Bilh and the surprising Maydie.
Visited twice during a week. First to taste; second to buy. Both times we were met and helped by members of the Laplace family. Delightful people. They are rightly proud of their wines. The pineappley Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh (doux) is a real stunner.
Shorts, T-shirt and a dodgy hat. When you turn up at a winery dressed as a tourist with your young family in tow, you never know how welcome you will be made to feel. No such worries here! We had a lovely wine tasting session...More
All the vines we tasted were very good (all made exclusively of the grape Tannat), the information and degustation provided by Mr Laplace was very friendly and competent. We highly recommend 2011 Odé Aydie and the Maydie (kind of desert vine/ice vine).
