Not very friendly. Lady seemed to be in a rush to get the place ready for the summer. Maybe would be better not in the off season

When traveling thru, we stopped at the Volcanic Hills Winery, The one wine we absolutely loved was the Lava Red 2014, we bought 2 bottles on the spot and then we ordered 6 bottles to be delivered, then ordered an additional 12 bottles. The delivery was fast only 3 - 5 days. This is a limited selection wine, and would... More

West Kelowna is great for a wine tour, with over half a dozen great wineries located within minutes of each other. Volcanic Hills isn't a bad stop - the staff were very friendly - but the wines weren't memorable, especially the reds. The whites were slightly better, with the Viognier being our favourite. So include this place if you have... More

Love the ambience of their store and the Gewurtz keeps bringing me back. The service in this winery is really good and the people are really greta to deal with. Have ordered their wine to be shipped and it arrived intact and quickly

Love the view from their very large patio. Very easy to get to. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very good food. Love going several times a summer. A lot more relaxed atmosphere than a lot of the high end wines.

Had a couple of our best friends visit us and to enjoy the World Famous Kelowna & Area Wines. While we truly enjoyed the many wineries we visited - I was somewhat Ho-Hum about a couple of them but did find a couple of ones I feel in Love with. A couple of months after "The Visit" my dear friend... More

Volcanic Hills Winery has a lovely venue for wine tasting and a very comfortable area to sit, enjoy and buy some of the lovely gifts they have on display. Beautiful patio with an amazing view of Okanagan Lake, the mountains and local vineyards and orchards is also attached to the good restaurant Blu Saffron.
