Everything the place can be beautiful is marred by the extremely unpleasant access: narrow two-way streets in which sometimes only one car passes, which forces you to go back to take the step, being centimeters away from falling off a cliff. Parking always full and with access as hard as the road. Unfortunately we had to come and go dozens of times, since we rented a villa here. I wouldn't go back even if they paid me for it. I recommend looking for another place, this one is not worth the time. Additional note: the beach is full of stones, without any sand. If, despite the warning, you still decide to come, good luck finding a comfortable place to rest.

A peaceful walk down the valley brings you to the bay. No sand, just rocks & pebbles so bring rock shoes. Can be busy in peak season & whilst there is parking it's just as much fun to walk down & back up. Neither are hard. It features a (very small) freshwater waterfall for showering after your swim. A few houses about & a cafe. Rustic it is but good swimming. Occasional jellyfish about so keep your eyes peeled.

Estellenc, its small valley and its very small beach are one of the nicest and quiet places at the west coast. We stayed there for a week and Estellenc offered good and well marked walks (GR 221 - both north and south of the village) and a nice walk too to the beach/harbour. However outside season there is no bar open at the beach (October).
If you need some days for relaxing and quietness, book a hotel in Estellencs and enjoy the mountains and the sea!

Park in Estellences and walk down to the Cala de Estellencs. Good, rustic cafe/restaurant serving coffee from 10.30am and lunches from 1pm
You can drive down as there is parking available (not for the cautious driver) but the circular walk down is beautiful - about 30 to 40 minutes each way.

Beautiful and interesting area of Majorca, geared towards walkers and cyclists. Stunning Mountain roads and views. Not a beach holiday

There are some great views and beautiful beaches on Majorca, that’s for sure. If it were a place where both of these commodities ran scarce, I would totally recommend Cala Estellencs - a picturesque albeit hard-to-maneuver road takes you down there, car sickness is guaranteed if you’re in the backseat, scant parking once you get there... but at least it’s worth it, right? Well, having seen some great beaches on Majorca that have better facilities, not to speak access, maybe it isn’t totally worth it. I mean, it’s a great place for a swim but as a beach it’s really not that big a deal.

A very different beach but worth it. We drove and were lucky to find parking. It's pebbles and rock but crystal clear water with quirky little boat houses. There's one water side café which is pricey and casual but worth it. Fantastic views along the coastline.

A quiet, beautiful west-coast base for trips all over Mallorca.
Via a 1.4 km winding road you can walk down to a small cliff cove or go biking in the amazing mountainous west-coast landscape with amazing views of the Mediterranean sea. The food in the select few restaurants in the tiny town of Estellencs (and many other places) is excellent. Spent two weeks there and would love to go back.

Beautiful beach for snorkelling and relaxing. Very rocky/slippy so take some beach shoes (a real saviour) we saw so many fish and even octopus which was fascinating.
Road down to the beach quite dicey in places but doable.
Lovely place

Very nice and quiet little village on the west coast of Mallorca along a beautiful scenery road that leads up to Simmer and further. Nice restored stone houses, lots of cats, great restaurant and local bar.
