Great beach for dog walking. Lots of dogs both on and off the lead when we visited. There are several benches with lovely views along the path behind the beach. There is a small car park with free parking and a little shop selling drinks...More

The beach that locals go to when Weston is packed....it is a long beach...going from the National Trust Sand Point at one end to the woods by the Commodore pub at the other. Halfway down, the fun roofless bus leaves for its 2.5mile along the...More

A jewel on the North Somerset coast overlooking the Bristol Channel, with views towards Wales. Lovely Sandy beach and good walks, especially at Sand Point. Dogs are welcome. Away from the bustle of Weston seafront, very peaceful with little traffic.

We parked in one of the free car parks and went on the beach with the dog. It was huge and there was loads of dogs so it was nice. Clean and open with the sinking mud and soft sand so best of both worlds....More

A long trek but worth the sit down at the end. The council could be doing more to keep this place tidy along with the public! Shame really. Nice place to relax, build sandcastles and people watch!

Would definitely recommend this peaceful walk. Very relaxing with breathtaking views. Car park is cheap with an hour for a pound. To the right of the car park is some steep steps which are worth the climb as the views are brilliant.

Lovely looking at beach from path , but sadly in the dunes and sand are hidden things like needle tops and old syringes so keep shoes on and keep an eye on pets if they have had s run .

Hi there, sorry I hope I'm not too late in getting back to you. Yes there's a nice fish and chip shop called "Sand bay fish bar". They have seating out side and also a nice little bar.
