Visited for first time April 2017 and not disappointed with Park. 2 outdoor areas for the kids with swings, slides and climbing frames etc. Nice walks round the whole site, and great rocks/boulders of varying heights and shapes to climb on. We also watched some BMX riders go whizzing round the purpose built track. The only negative for me was... More

If you are lucky to catch the centre open the cafe is lovely. Walking round summer hill you do have to play dodge the dog and dodge the dog poo.

Nice to walk or run through and around the park also has some intestine sculptures and kids play features. Very nice coffee in the little indoor cafe. Rooms also for hire I believe.

Lovely quiet park with plenty of play areas for children. Although only a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Hartlepool the pro feels like it's in the middle of nowhere

We went with our young grandchildren and they loved it. There are two playgrounds including one with a very long slide which was great fun. There is a nice circular walk along hard paths as well as woodland trails. The centre has toilets and a cafe. For the more adventurous there is a huge BMX track. Parking is free.
