Nice park

They have a fun mini golf and swings etc for the kids all in a nicely kept Victorian park. Very pleasant on a sunny day.

We visited here with 3 children aged 3,3,7. There's a ridiculous amount to keep them entertained!! Park, splash park, rides, trampolines, play area and woodland walks. Such a clean, tidy, well presented place too. We had lunch in the cafe and it was expensive, but lovely. There's also a children's pirate play area attached to the cafe so parents can... More

Went here today as recommended by a friend and very glad we did. We had a ball, our 4 year old loved it. Lots of free activities but also lots at £1.50 a go too, which is fine if you only have one or two children as it can be quite expensive. The best part was the splash zone. Will... More

Every time we come to visit family in nearby Lancaster, we take a trip to Happy Mount Park. The playgrounds are really great for all ages and range from obstacle courses to a picnic area with toy bikes for the smaller kids to ride on. The free splash zone was excellent, particularly the day we were there when it was... More

Fab place, especially the splash park (bring towel and change of clothes!). Paid for golf and swings (play park and trampoline is also payable) but felt the prices were reasonable. Car park was tricky to find (for me at least!) but enjoyed drink and gorgeous cake in cafe. Recommended.

The park is very big and well kept. It is free to get in but once inside there are lots of extras like a payable indoor play centre, trampolines, rides, swing boats and a park. The prices are very reasonable but all add up, including the 20p for the toilet!! We travelled from Darwen to visit the splash park. Unfortunately... More
