A great place to visit after the castle, your ticket is valid here. An old town house - continuing your Scottish history lesson.

Included in your ticket to Stirling Castle is admission to Argyll House, a short walk from the castle just below the car park. It is a town house that was enlarged over time. A good tour was provided by a docent and placards are available...More

Entrance to Argyll's Lodging is included with your ticket to Stirling Castle, and well worth checking out. We listened to the free guided tour and therefore got a lot more from our visit!

This was an interesting place of history. Not as much of interest as other places close by, but as it's including in the castle ticket, it's worth a look.
