Staying in Hayes with my aunt I happened on this place by chance; a bit pricey, but a fabulous selction of mostly customised cars. Some cars used in films, a racing car or two, a mock-up of FAB1 from the orginal Thunderbirds (the only car you can actually get into). Sadly the venue was very quiet, with an air of... More

Thank you for your review. I'm delighted your children enjoyed their Burger Bus expericence and day out. It is pleasing to note that you took advantage of our discounted prices via Groupon. Such deals are always available to help with admission costs rather than paying full "on the door" price. We hope to see you again some time in the... More

First of all I must mention how friendly and helpful the staff are particularly the Manager. The museum is huge bit like a rabbit warren with plenty to see although many of the cars are in a well used condition and there are lots of American cars. Pricey compared to the British Motor Museum at Gaydon but if you can... More

Thank you for your kind words, I will pass on your thanks to the other staff too. It was a pleasure to welcome you all. It was interesting to hear all your opinions on the cars. As we talked about, we're not trying to compete with the likes of Gaydon and Beaulieu. We have a very different "feel" as we... More

The price for starters is to high, bring the price down and more people will visit right? The staff when I went were very rude, not really what I expected and the location is just awful.

Thank you for your review of the London Motor Museum. I am horrified and very surprised to read that staff were "very rude". I would obviously like to deal with this matter and also to address the fact that we were not what you expected. I would be interested to know what day you came, and what specifically happened that... More

We visited the motor museum over Bank Holiday weekend with my 6 year old and 4 year old. We should have known that it wasn't going to be the hyped adventure we thought after we saw only 2 other people in the whole museum. There were plenty of cars, but most were old, uninteresting and had very little information on... More

Thank you for your review of the London Motor Museum. I am sorry you had a disappointing experience so I would like to address the points you make. Our website and promotional wording on discount vouchers etc makes it clear exactly what sort of vehicles are to be seen in the Museum. The Museum is a private collection and vehicles... More

An interesting collection of cars (specially american made), but the entrance is overprice. More than half of the exhibits had no data labels and the information provided for the rest was very poor. If you arrive by car you may find some free spaces around the museum (you do not have to pay the 10£ parking fee).

Thank you for your review of the London Motor Museum. I'm glad you enjoyed the collection and I do take on board your comments. We have to charge a relatively high admission price as we are a private collection, unlike other museums which have charitable status and can therefore receive funding. We receive no external income at all. As I've... More

Watcha guys. Like most people we got our tickets through groupon and apsolutly enjoyed the 90 minutes or so we were there. And as my my friend is a massive batman fan and it was really quiet she got to sit in the 60s batmobile. I know its a privatly fund museum But after reading most of the reviews it... More

Thank you for your review of the London Motor Museum. I'm glad you had a good experience. We have been under new management since March and don't as a rule allow people to sit in the vehicles, so your friend was very fortunate in that she was allowed when you visited back in February! After finding a good deal via Groupon I decided to visit the museum nearby where I live. I has a wide variety of cars, old cars, race cars, very modern cars, movie cars.. they also have a small garage where you can take a look behind glass. A bit pricy - especially at the desk paying is expensive so book... More

This is a fantastic museum made up of a very special and eclectic selection of cars. There are approx. 200 cars on show, many unusual, all interesting. The museum is a little ‘off the beaten track’ on the outskirts of West London, however it’s well worth the drive. Heartily recommended!

Thank you for taking the time to review the London Motor Museum. I'm delighted you enjoyed the experience. We pride ourselves on the mix of cars we have here.
