We found this place in one of the arcades. Excellent little spot with a good selection of ales. The staff were very friendly. You can sit in the arcade on a bench if you wish. Would definitely return.

I’m the first to admit I don’t like or drink beer but I do appreciate that lots of other people do and therefore love it here. There is a huge variety of beer but very little of anything else to drink so be warned. Although...More

Been here a few times and it is a decent place. Quite quirky with a good selection of bottles beers and guest ales on cask. Very small place with can be seen as cosy or claustrophobic, depending what mood you are in.

Hiya, Sorry you felt this way. I know exactly which beer you are referring to I think, was it the fruited stout by Boutelliers from Kent? That was an unusual beer in that it as both sweet and a little bit sour at the same...More
