Fantastic session, can't wait to.go again. I'm a 56 year old, extra large (also got a massive head), anxiety riddled woman, never been on a motorised bike of any kind in my life and took along my sister (also middle aged, anxious and doesn't drive) and adult kids for a bucket list birthday experience. None of us have quad biked before. The instructor was fabulous, the lads helping were lovely young people, a credit to their families, the facilities were fab especially to sit and have a coffee in the glorious sunshine in the pretty garden, taking in the views afterwards. It took me a tentative couple of mins to get used to handling but then I was off! I was bombing (by my standards at least) around the track, sun on my skin breeze through my hair and clothes, taking in the gorgeous views on the back straight like a Hells Angel. It was blissfully tranquil and liberating and I found time to reflect, laugh and just enjoy the new experience. Felt very safe even in the muddy bumpy sections. We all loved it, my son, daughter and son in law as well as us two old birds can't wait to go on the trail next time but the track intro was definitely fun and worth doing as a first attempt. If you've always wanted to give it a go, do it! Well worth the money. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Really, really great experience - went round a practise track before our guide (Bruce) took us on a longer trail that lasted ~45 minutes.
My partner picked it up really quickly, whereas I was more tentative - Bruce was brilliant at identifying what I was doing wrong and gave me the encouragement to build up confidence (and speed) - he was brilliant.
Definitely recommend bringing glasses/sunglasses as the bugs/dust/dirt flies off the bike in front.
We will definitely go back if we're ever in the Tenby area again. Really friendly bunch

We had a fabulous time quad biking on 17th October, it was our first time, we felt confident and comfortable with our instructor he was very knowledgeable and made us relaxed as we were nervous. We unfortunately forgot his name. He explained how to ride the bike, the do’s and don’ts, once we completed our practice ride he took us on the experience, throughout the ride he would stop and explain what to expect and things to look out for. He was very patient and explained what we were doing wrong. He made the experience enjoyable we would highly recommend taking part, you won’t regret it, we would love to do it again.

Arranged a visit for 4pm on 30 May as last event of our holiday for myself and 2 teenage kids. We have been several times before and really enjoyed it. Sadly when we arrived on time 20 minutes before the ride time to be told because of last minute bookings and blah blah blah other reasons usual stuff not their fault but our problem we would have to wait a minimum of 45 minutes but likely longer. We had a family meal booked in Pembroke at 6 so could not wait.
Personally although we were credited our booking fee and apologies given no compensation money off a future trip etc was offered to compensate for messing us about, travelling to the site and ruining our last day here.
Perhaps old school but If you make a booking a week in advance it should be honoured on time and not deprioritised for other later bookings.
I have simply given a 2 star rating because the young man dealing with us was professional, polite and seemed genuine about his apology.
So my guidance to anyone booking is be prepared to wait up to an hour and be messed about. Remember the customer is secondary here always their fault.
Sorry won’t be back.

We were a more Advanced Group & really enjoyed the Trail Riding, which starts off with a few minutes acclimatisation around the Field Track (beginners will stay on this), but then moved on to 35 minutes around the Trails.
The Trails were really great fun, venturing along lots of really great tracks & hills, through fields & puddles, and with lots of variation between faster / skilful sections.
Our Guide (didn't catch his name) was really good! He led the group from the front & paid lots of attention to making sure that the pace was good & exciting for us, but at the same time making sure everyone was safe.
All protective clothing & safety equipment is provided, so you really can just book & turn up without needing to worry about having spare clothes, which is a real bonus!
Everything was really well organised while we were there, and we had an absolutely fantastic time.
Highly Recommended!

We love this experience and do it every time we go to Wales at least once, sometimes multiple times. The guides are great and take you out with only your group, not massive groups. 45 minutes is a good amount of time and covers about 6-7 miles of quading. They have excellent trails that include higher speed fields (around 25mph) to the more technical through the woods stuff with steeper hills, water puddles when wet or just rougher terrain. We'll keep going back each time we visit, it's worth the trip. Suitable for all, we had a 75 year old grandad and they adjust as needed. When just me and my son it was a bit more adventurous with the hardest trails, Definitely recommend.

Excellent time spent going around the trail, lots of variety in terrain made it lots of fun.
The instructor was very good, after a short time in the practice track it was off around the trail, we were pretty competent on the bikes so he went fast enough for us to have a great time.
Highly recommended

Excellent time. Thoroughly enjoyed it. We are adults and have a reasonable amount of experience on quad bikes and paid for a further 35minute extension to the initial 45min trial ride. Well worth it to enjoy the trial ride in the woods for longer. Great obstacles, hills, slidy mud and grass, bumps, corners, as well as flatter sections to put your foot down. The two leaders we had were very good, friendly and looked after us well. They provide wellies and coats/trousers, although we didn't bother with trousers on the drier day we had and that was fine. If you wear contact lenses, consider either wearing glasses for the session or hold back a little from the lead bike. I wore contacts and only had 2 very minor blinking/crying episodes that didn't need stopping for. The initial 10 minutes on the track was good to get used to the bike, but the trail was much more interesting for those more used to riding

We had an excellent trail ride with Bruce yesterday.
It started with a friendly welcome, followed by good clear instruction and some practice runs before going on the trail. All appropriate clothing and safety equipment was provided. We were well supervised. I was less confident than my husband, but Bruce was patient and encouraging. By the end of the trail I felt much more confident and at ease. We both thoroughly enjoyed the trail ride and will certainly go again when we next return to the area on holiday.
Thank you Bruce and co!

Did this ride with my 13 and 15 year old boys. So nice to finally find a quad bike ride where you are not bored after 5 mins. This one takes you into the fields, then the clay muddy bits and you also warm up around the track. The bikes are governed at a decent speed and there is ample clothes to throw on if you don't want to get dirty. I suggest you take sunglass of sorts if you have for the dust. We buzzed all day!
